It started off bad and ended worse. I pulled up and no one came out so I went inside. I dropped my car at 8a for an 8:30 appointment. No one called or said my car was ready. At 2P when I came to pick my car up. It was not ready. I was told we have a lot of snow birds and are busy. I said I understand that but my appointment was at 8:30 and you told me there was an hour wait, fortunately I had a ride and went to work. I asked for a print out of the alignment that was done and was told that the printer was not working, and I would be sent a copy, which I never received. I love Hyundai's been buying them ever since the 1st Vera Cruz came out I believe in 2007. Service has gotten deplorable since the take over. Not sure if I will continue to buy Hyundai! I usually buy every 3/4 years either in my name or the company name.. More
Salesman was nice but his inexperience caused quite a few issues with regard to the price we were originally quoted. We were also given two keys, one belonged to the car, the other didn’t work because it bel issues with regard to the price we were originally quoted. The dealership did not take accountability for the error, but instead offered excuses and kept us waiting a long time when we had to return the next day to pick up the correct key. The sales manager started out nice but when we were expressing our dissatisfaction with how long we were waiting, the manager demonstrated unprofessional behavior. We love the car, however, our experience at this dealership was not pleasant overall. More
