My door handle fell off my Sonata! I visited your Cumming dealership at about 11:30 to hopefully get a new door handle and was taken care of quickly! Shouldn't take two days Took two visits in order to get the car fixed. I had researched the issue and found several articles and customer posts with the same issues. However the service analyst ignored my requests to have the technician check. Taking the car in the 2nd day...I saw the technician myself and asked. Sure enough, it was what I thought. The car did get fixed, but it would be nice if they listened more to our requests. More
Friendly, but poor communication and follow through Went to pick up my car from the service department on July 13th after a 2.5 month servicing (warranty engine replacement). Found dents on the hood, i Went to pick up my car from the service department on July 13th after a 2.5 month servicing (warranty engine replacement). Found dents on the hood, inch long deep paint scratch on the fender, missing parts in the engine bay, parts fastened with zip ties instead of factory mount screws, and engine cover covered in oil. I refused to take receipt of the car until they get it right. It’s not too much to ask to have your car returned in at least the same condition it was in when given to them 2.5 months ago. A week later I got a call that the issues had been addressed and my car was ready for pickup so I went in to get the car. The parts/cosmetic issues were addressed, but while I was test driving with the new engine the check engine light came on, so I left the car with them to diagnose and fix the issue. That was two weeks ago now, and I appear to be no closer to getting the car back. In that time I received two emails, both only in response to my own request for an update. My conversations with the service manager and GM have been positive, but reactive/infrequent I have not yet seen any of their assurances to address these issues materialize. In the meantime I continue to make monthly payments on a car that is not driveable or in my possession since late April, now over 3 months. My frustration and patience are increasing by the day, but I believe this to be a fair review of the service that I’ve received thus far. Every organization has issues or makes mistakes from time to time - the key is how they address them. The communication in this case has been, in my opinion, unacceptably infrequent and reactive. Raul and Mike (GM and service manager) still have an opportunity to make this right but so far they have not consistently demonstrated their desire/commitment to do so. I will happily update this review if that changes. More

Excellent service and nice facility Prompt and friendly service. Not a big fan of how they try to get you to do more service than you came in for but I understand why they do it. I will say they don’t pressure you to get things done that they have recommended. Dalton took the time to answer all questions and the level of service was impeccable. More

A refreshing change I just bought a fully loaded, new 2019 Sonata. My sales guy was Doug, a manager. I started out thinking I wanted a CPO Genesis. I ended up taking it h I just bought a fully loaded, new 2019 Sonata. My sales guy was Doug, a manager. I started out thinking I wanted a CPO Genesis. I ended up taking it home before realizing it didn't have Android Auto due to its upgraded infotainment system (seems backwards, right?!?). So I was able to bring it back and ended up choosing a loaded new Sonata. I've had it a few days now and feel confident it will continue to bring me joy for many years to come. I liked that this dealer advertised low prices online so that negotiation wasn't necessary other than for the protection package (for new cars). The process was relatively quick and painless without any of the "let me go check with my manager" bull. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hyundai of Cumming to anyone in the market for a Hyundai or Genesis. More
