Good customer service! I had a late afternoon appointment. Due to circumstances I couldn't control. Disappointed this time though I did not deal with Andre, my advisor is Gianmickael. You changed my dashboard out on my G90 last week and now the Heads Up display is not working. I brought the car back in this morning and was told that I could wait but not sure how long it would take and no loaner was available to me. Because I had commitments today I could not wait an indefinite amount of time. So I drove all the way from Suwanee to address something that I should not have had to address and got no resolution. So now you are scheduled to pick my car up on Wednesday, but in the meantime I will have been out of the heads up display feature for over a week. It seems a check of features should have been done before the car was returned to me and if you say I have Valet Concierge service, a loaner should have been available. More
