Service was fairly quick. The service manager tried hard to sell overpriced and in needed services, like a tire rotation with every oil change. But all in all the oil change price and service is very reasonable. More

Long wait, not sure I got the correct service for my vehicle I loved my sales experience, but I have not had a good service experience yet and it has been over a year. They always make me wait over an hour for I loved my sales experience, but I have not had a good service experience yet and it has been over a year. They always make me wait over an hour for an oil change (with an appointment). I have prepaid service and this time I was due for a more extensive service, but the guy at the counter insisted it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I even heard the mechanic call the guy at the counter again insisted that it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I sure hope the limited service I received doesn't jeopardize my warranty. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have purchased my car there. We traveled a long way to buy from Hyundai because we'd been so happy with them in the past. Never again. More

High Oil Consuption We have been dealing with high oil consumption since we purchased a used Sonata at this SAME dealership. They state they have submitted test results to Hyundai but have not received any communication from them. This is hard to believe. We need a resolution and a fix for the problem. Unacceptable. More
