Bought a new Santa Fe end of June 2022 , after speaking to them on 2 occasions they still have not paid off my old loan and now its due .. Vince was our sales associate, he was very knowledgeable and had all paperwork in order! He was not pushy, he took his time to explain everything and worked to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Ordered a $25, was on back order. Received a phone call saying my part had arrived. Went to the dealership and they could not find said part nor could they find the order. Disappointed with there customer service. Will not be ordering parts from this dealership again and will not be recommending this dealership to friends or family members of this community. More

Brought our 2020 Hyundai Elantra in for service on January 17 to replace some suspension components after my wife skidded on some ice the Saturday night prior. I was informed that several parts needed January 17 to replace some suspension components after my wife skidded on some ice the Saturday night prior. I was informed that several parts needed to be replaced and the first indicator that this place would be trouble was that the total cost of the parts was nearly $800 more than what I could have ordered them for online including delivery! The Service Advisor I initially spoke with, Tom, told me that he would work something out on the labor cost. He also told me that there was an outstanding recall for something to do with the engine and that they would address that as well. I reached out to Tom a week later to check on the status of the repair and was told all the parts had arrived except for one that was back-ordered, but not to worry because it was scheduled to arrive in a few days. He also said the best he could do was give me $100 off the price of the labor! I was so frustrated. After not hearing from Tom or the dealership for almost 2 weeks, I reached back out to Tom for a couple of days but no answer or call back. I then started contacting whoever I could get on the phone in the Service Department and the Parts Department. First I was told the remaining part arrived and they were working on the car. A few days later when I called to check again, I was told the part was missing and they would get back to me with an update. A few days later, I was told the part was allegedly shipped but lost in transit and never arrived, but that a new one had been ordered and was scheduled to arrive earlier this week. Still no word from Tom. Finally got a call from Christine in Customer Service and was told that my car was ready for pickup. I went to pickup the car yesterday and Tom was nowhere to be found. When I asked, I was told he was no longer with the dealership. I wish someone had the decency to notify his customers. When I asked if the recall had been addressed, the new Service Advisor wasn't sure and started flipping through paperwork, that I was never given a copy of, so I can't tell you if it was or not, but apparently there was "a ticket in the system" that indicated it had been done. I was presented with a bill for the total amount and when I mentioned the $100 discount Tom had promised (luckily in a text message) they hesitantly reduced the total. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication but the new Service Advisor didn't seem phased by it. They brought my vehicle out and I walked over to it. The car was covered in dust like it had been sitting outside for a month. The wheels were and are still covered in some type of dark oily residue. They couldn't even run the car through the wash? I can't understand how this place is in business. The lack of communication, lack of attention and lack of customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced anywhere else. This is just unacceptable. More

I had "built" my Santa Fe on-line and was told by the app that Hyundai of Cumming was one of two dealerships in north Georgia that would have my car. I reserved it after speaking with Elija Salemi who was very helpful. Elija kept me informed on a weekly basis and when the car arrived at the dealership, he called to say I could come look at it any time. Elija was extremely gracious, helpful and as professional as any dealership rep I have ever dealt with. When the time came after purchase to walk through the car's systems, Elija knew every item front and back. I left there knowing I had found a dealership for life.
