WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST - ZERO OUT OF TEN I am one of the UNFORTUNATE hundreds of thousands of Hyundai Sonata owners that had to have an engine replacement. (Google “class-action lawsuit forced Hyundai all 2.4-liter and 2.0-liter turbo Theta II engines) Upon getting my car returned to me AFTER THE ENGINE REPLACEMENT, I noticed a “Whirling” sound from the replacement engine. When it was time for the 5000 Mile Oil Change for the new engine I scheduled an appointment with Hyundai of Cumming. The earliest Hyundai of Cumming could “WORK ME IN” for an oil change was THREE WEEKS. I informed the SERVICE DESK of my concern for the “Whirling” sound. When I picked up the car the following day the Invoice was $237.63 - $59.99 for an oil change - $190.00 DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE for the “Whirling” sound. I REGRET PURCHASING A HYUNDAI I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH HYUNDAI OF CUMMING FURTHERMORE, I REGRET THAT MY CAR WAS NOT ONE THOUSANDS THAT WERE STOLEN DUE TO THE ANTI-THEFT RECALL - That would have been a blessing! I recently purchased a 2023 Santa Fe on March of this year. Although the vehicle was used as a loaner and had approximately 5000 miles on it I was told I would have unlimited free oil changes and tire ro year. Now Im told that is not true and they will not honor their agreement. I visited the dealership severl weeks ago and brought a friend along as a witness to our conversation with the sales person. He stated to both of us that I had the service agreement. Now he denies he told us. Clearly this dealership has lost all credibility with me and I'll caution others to shop elsewhere. More
I brought my wife's car in for the first oil change. 3 days later on vacation I noticed an oil spot on the driveway. The next day I had to take the car to the dealership in Florida to have it fixed and 3 days later on vacation I noticed an oil spot on the driveway. The next day I had to take the car to the dealership in Florida to have it fixed and find out that the screws for a plastic shield were also stripped and being held on by clips. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager I got "sorry and the dealership manager will be contacting you to make this right" and it has been silence for the week that followed. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning for any remaining services or sales More
I've just leased the New Ioniq 6. This is my very first electric vehicle and I am amazed at the Hyundai's technology as well as the beautiful design. Not only I am happy with the car but Jamie Pak did an amazing job as a sales consultant. I am Korean and it gives me another reason to come to the dealer knowing I can work with a sales consultant who can speak the same language. It made it so easy with the overall buying process. She is very kind and professional. I've seen some of the reviews from other customers who worked with Jamie and I can agree. If you are in the market for a new car and want to work with a salesperson who cares about the customer, I recommend you ask for her. I have to say I had a fantastic experience with Hyundai of Cumming dealership including all the managers and the staff as well as the facility. They were very friendly and professional. I am incredibly lucky that I bought Ioniq 6 on the 2nd day it came in. Thank you Jamie and the dealership. My family and I are in love with the new IONIQ 6. More

I walked in On Sunday noon hoping to get few quotes. John was our sales person. He right away showed me options and went for a test drive in 15 mins after entering showroom!!. Other dealers I visited didn’t even have the trim I was interested in!! John was great. He explained well features in Tucson and helped me to understand better. John explained us all accessories and packages and helped us to chose better. I walked out with contract signed for delivery next day. I would spent less than 2 hours in dealership. We took our car a 2017 Sonata in because were using oil by over two quarts per 1000 miles. We had a small leak repaired (we never saw a leak, never a drop on the ground), and started a consumption test to by over two quarts per 1000 miles. We had a small leak repaired (we never saw a leak, never a drop on the ground), and started a consumption test to confirm the GDI engine failure and oil use for warranty. We drove the car an hour each way three times for oil check and documentation. Only to be denied warranty repair/replace. A top end clean was done and we were sent on our way with no repair for the oil consumption. Basically too bad, deal with it. A couple weeks later oil literally started pouring out of the car, puddles left in minutes. A quart a day nearly. We called, and called and service never answered the phone. Left messages for them to call us back, and they never did. told them it was urgent. We never had an oil leak until they touched it. We took it too another dealer and they found a cracked oil pan at the drain plug. Service had to damage it, it never leaked a drop until after they "worked on it" Not calling us back after several messages left is horrible. Based on the treatment for the known issue on the GDI engine and Hyundai not standing behind it, I will never buy another Hyundai, We have owned 5 prior. We were considering trading in the Genesis for a new G90.. but not now. Especially from This Dealer In Cumming! More
