We were very disappointed in the salesman at this dealership.. We made an appt. in advance(2 DAYS) with Oscar to look at a particular vehicle that just arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us and took us outside to show us the vehicle.The first thing he said, outside "are you going to buy today"? I replied, “if we find the right vehicle that my wife likes.He immediately said he was in a hurry he had someone else inside for an appt. I let his comment go. We got into the vehicle and he explained the different features. I told him we wanted to take a test ride. He said, “you want to drive it?” Yes! My wife got into the drivers seat, and he said he had a planned route! She drove down the street maybe 3/4 mile and he told her to make an u-turn and right back to dealership. He said we could not go to far as it was new car. He said they only had a few of the cars and it would sell today. ( I thought not to us!).We parked and left. We didn't buy the vehicle from this dealership from Oscar, He said he had best price, no one could beat, their pricing.. I asked about the sticker price? The vehicle was marked up $2000 over sticker (MRSP).". He said it was a market adjustment. We found the same trim vehicle at another dealer for sale $2000 cheaper( no market adjustment). More

We just got our second car from this dealership. I drive from Columbia to Brentwood for work every day, and the gas prices are getting ridiculous. Because of this and the distance I drive, we didn't get to from Columbia to Brentwood for work every day, and the gas prices are getting ridiculous. We were in and out in less than an hour with a brand new car, a hybrid! Antonio was so helpful and very friendly, made us feel comfortable, was knowledgeable, and the whole transaction went smoothly. I contacted Bryan after prior conversation of a suburban selling I had in mind. He was friendly, straight forward and efficient then. So I knew he had my business, I contacted him again today at 10:00am and had my new car sitting in my driveway by 5:00pm. Same day. Mind you Bryan is located out of Tennessee and the vehicle I was looking at was in Mississippi, at a sister store and I am in Alabama. He still made it happen! That’s what you call a CAR DEAL!
