Don’t seem to want to work with customers to make a sale. There “policy’s” are bull crap. If I’m using my own finance company and I get a check made out to the dealership in FULL for a vehicle then the vehic There “policy’s” are bull crap. If I’m using my own finance company and I get a check made out to the dealership in FULL for a vehicle then the vehicle is sold. They don’t consider it sold and will not hold it for you even if you send them a copy of the check. I’m an out of state buyer and it was stressful driving over 4 hours to pick up a vehicle with a 41,000 dollar check in my hand to bring to the dealership and then say they “can’t put a hold on it vehicle.” That’s just sad. I went through 2 sales people, the 1st was a waste of time. We keep on going in circles getting nothing accomplished. I finally left him alone and called the sales manager and I was told he don’t deal with customers so they sent me to another (different) sales person. The 2nd one was great. We got the deal done and even the sales guy said some of the dealerships “policies” are inconsiderable for customers. I searched for my vehicle at other locations and this was the closest one for my specific vehicle I wanted. It it wasn’t so specific I would have took my business elsewhere for sure. Overall I would not refer anyone to this dealership. It doesn’t seem that customer service exists here. More
