Hyundai of Bedford has had my car in for repair for 56 days, since July 21st. It is still not repaired, and they continue to give you excuse after excuse as to why it is not finished. When you call the de days, since July 21st. It is still not repaired, and they continue to give you excuse after excuse as to why it is not finished. When you call the dealership to ask about the repair work, the service agent is not available, and to leave a message. They do not return calls until after constant calling back, and then it’s I will get back to you tomorrow. I have contacted their corporate office, and they say they will investigate and call the dealership, but as of today there is no solution to this problem. They wanted me to rent a car for $300.00 down, and $50.00 a day. As of today, I would have spent $3,150.00. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB. More
I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I have been looking for a car that is good on gas for my work commute, and I found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I have been looking for a car that is good on gas for my work commute, and I found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that was being advertised by this dealership on CARFAX.com. I requested more information and received a text in the morning to set up an appointment. I set an appointment for 3:15, then told them I would be up there even a little earlier than that. Given that I live an hour and 10 minutes away, this was quite a long drive for me. When I got there, it took them multiple tries to find my appointment spot. When they found it, the salesperson went in the back for 5-10 minutes to “grab the keys.” He then came back empty handed to tell me the car sold 20 minutes prior to when I got there. He said they didn’t call me because they figured I was closer to the dealership at that point with my commute there. However, I never disclosed where I was driving from until I got there so this was a made up excuse. He promised to get me in something similar and asked me to give him some time. I was then shown a 2020 Hyundai Sonata that he said came in yesterday and had been serviced but not detailed. He also promised a better warranty on this car since it was newer. When we got in, the car was extremely dirty, but I let this go given that he said it hadn’t been detailed. I drove the car and noticed it was rocking, and when my boyfriend opened the window, the car was making a scraping noise. My brother who was in the back seat said he also felt the rocking, but the dealer who also sat in the back said he didn’t hear or feel anything. When we get back to the dealership, my boyfriend immediately begins looking around the car, underneath, and under the hood. We noticed a few missing panels and broken parts on the vehicle that had been electrical taped. I then saw that the car had been marked “AS IS” and would not include the dealer warranty like I was promised. We gave back the keys and told the dealer that we were upset because they sold the car I was coming to see without notifying me and then tried to sell us a broken down car as a quick sell instead. As we’re driving away, they called back to try to resolve the problem and said we need to understand that we saw the car at its worst and it had not been serviced yet, as the dealer told me. We said we would no longer do business with them at this point. She continued to say that the inventory changes all the time and they could make it up to me, but this whole situation was handled so unprofessionally and they also tried to trick me into a messed up car with no warranty. I will never do business with this dealership, ever. They completely wasted my time and gas and I was never even given a sorry, I was just given excuses about the “way the industry is nowadays.” More

The people operating this dealership should be ASHAMED of themselves. I had the worst customer service experience IMAGINABLE here. I came in looking for a specific vehicle and ended up purchasing one much mo themselves. I had the worst customer service experience IMAGINABLE here. I came in looking for a specific vehicle and ended up purchasing one much more expensive, which is fine, but you'd think they would offer a better experience. So much went wrong, I don't know where to start. I should have known right away not to deal with them when we test drove a vehicle that smelled like smoke and I asked our salesperson, Evan, why anyone would purchase a vehicle like that and he said, "You'd be surprised- I had a guy buy a 2007 that was about to break down last week just because he wanted it." I should have left then... As soon as we pulled off the lot in our new car, the radio wasn't working and there was an error sign on the dash. We called the dealership and brought it back the next morning. The service manager, Lindsey or Lauren I think, let us know that they SOLD US THE VEHICLE BEFORE it was even serviced. That's not the worst of it... Keep reading and PLEASE do not buy here. They gave us the run around for 3 hours before finally taking the vehicle for service and offering us a loaner, from Enterprise since they did not have any available. (In my opinion, they should have offered us a car off the lot that MATCHED what we purchased since THEY messed up and sold an un-serviced vehicle.) Evan did say he would get us a second key for the car for their mistake. A few days later, my husband received a TEXT MESSAGE. Yes, not a call, a TEXT in all caps, from Aaron J. The text stated that the car was driveable but the radio still did not work, that it would not be able to be programmed by Land Rover (the maker of the vehicle) FOR THREE MORE WEEKS but that OUR LOANER IS DUE BACK THE NEXT DAY. Mind you, I am paying for the new, more expensive, car already and they made the mistake but I needed to drive it for three more weeks. I immediately called Bill, the General Manager. Bill was the most pathetic of everyone we dealt with there. He was COMPLETELY unapologetic and literally did not say "We're sorry" once. He gave excuses and said his team had an internal issue but NEVER apologized. When I asked him about the key, he said that they would try to contact the previous owner of the vehicle to see if they could locate the second key. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I said that if the previous owner had a second key, they likely would have given it to them at trade-in and that they should just program a new key. Bill scoffed and said "That's a $700 key." I LITERALLY DO NOT CARE. YOU MESSED UP, make it right. Finally, 19 days after purchasing our new vehicle, we received another text from Aaron J, stating that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Of course, we received a call from Enterprise right after, saying the dealership would not cover any additional days so we needed to return the rental asap. When my husband picked up the vehicle, he did so without a receiving a key or as much as a simple apology. I've purchased serveral vehicles, none of which were as expensive as the one I purchased here, and have never been treated so poorly. I will make it my personal mission to tell EVERYONE I know and come across how TERRIBLE this establishment is. More
We recently had the very bad experience with this dealership. Never trust them again. We spent more than two hours discussing all details with Chuck about our lease as a term , price and mileage. Aft dealership. Never trust them again. We spent more than two hours discussing all details with Chuck about our lease as a term , price and mileage. After he ask my husband to sign the contract. And !!! They did not give us a paper contract just ask my husband to sign e- contract assuring him that all details are included . Then after signing the contract we noticed that price and term was increased and mileage put down to 10000 per year instead of 12000. I would never believed that it could happened here . More
These guys are the types that give car salesmen bad names. My wife and I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the next 9 months with a son going off to college. We were looking into doing a factory order and were told that this would be 5-8 months, which is fine for what we need. That's when things started to go downhill. We placed the order and my salesman (Adam Singer) came back to me and said this process would take 12-18 months now... and of course he had a vehicle on his lot and would negotiate with us to make it up to us. Of course, negotiation for them is simply withholding information and promising negotiation but never doing it. They insisted they don't take my bank's financing. With 750+ credit between the two of us, I was fine with that if the rates are comparable which of course they said they would be. However, when we started the process to buy, they were offering 4.85% to my bank's 1.99% and then saying they can negotiate that down which consisted of 3.8 and the right to refinance after 90 days... and no credits. I decided at that point to call another dealer and ask about factory orders. I was told 3-5 months. I brought this to Adam's attention and he had one of his managers stop by... who told me 4 months and then immediately tried to back track when he realized that I had been lied to. We ended up walking out. And we were wise to do so after calling several other dealers in the area. The bottom line is that they withhold information, lie to you, and everything becomes a negotiation after the set it up in such a way that you have no room to negotiate. Everyone needs to be fired here and given the ethical issues, I wouldn't be shocked if they've broken laws... buyer beware, stay away. Oh, and spare me the "we're looking into this" garbage I see with most of these negative reviews. Your company is littered with them and it's clear that no one is doing anything other than damage control. More
Everyone was so nice and courteous but I felt a tad bit rushed through the process and a little pressured. They say they have good deals but they are just really trying to sell you a car. rushed through the process and a little pressured. Tried to inquire repeatedly about an Aston Martin, and was ready to purchase. Got passed around to different reps, all of whom kept giving excuses for not getting back to me. Then finally they just droppe was ready to purchase. Got passed around to different reps, all of whom kept giving excuses for not getting back to me. Chuck was great! He listened to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. I also received a fair value for my trade-in vehicle.
