However I was unhappy that the radio controls from my steering wheel did not control the radio anymore, and this is not covered under warrenty. My car is only 3 yrs old and when I selected my car, I had upgraded for this radio and sound system. I am very disappointed when you spend so much money, and after 3 years it no longer functions. this is poor appreciation of your customers. More

We talked to other dealers and found the entire experience unpleasant until we talked to Jim McKay at Bedford Mitsubishi. He was very professional, fast and punctual and got us in and out of the dealer, with the EXACT car we wanted in about an hour. Follow up has been great and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their brand of cars. More

When the tow truck brought my car to HOB last Wednesday night (in the pouring rain), the service department was technically already closed, but the woman (can't remember her name) let me in and worked with me to fill out the paperwork and leave my keys. The sales manager (Tim) came over to talk to me as well. Even though it took a week to get the part and get the repair done, I was given a rental car through Enterprise and received apologies from Leo for the length of time my car was in for service. I was impressed that, after my strut spring was replaced, they also replaced the affected tire with the same brand I had on the front (which was different from the "factory" brand tires). And they washed my car as well. When the time comes to buy a new car, I will definitely shop at Hyundai of Bedford first! More

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was continuously misled and lied to about terms of my lease and the things they were able to do for me. They are the most unprofessiona dealership. I was continuously misled and lied to about terms of my lease and the things they were able to do for me. They are the most unprofessional and rude sales staff I have ever encountered. I eventually walked out of the dealership after one of the sales managers there used profanities and obscene language towards me after I caught them in a lie. More
I visited Hyundai of Bedford looking to lower my payment. Amber introduced me to the Hyundai Elantra. I was able to get a brand new car AND lower my payment without giving up features. My new Elantra has Lea Amber introduced me to the Hyundai Elantra. I was able to get a brand new car AND lower my payment without giving up features. My new Elantra has Leather, Moonroof, XM, Heated seats, etc and a $100 lower payment than my trade! Way to go Amber and Heather and thank you so much! The 1 year free maintenance was a great surprise as well! More
