They readily attended to the warranty repairs, addressed a recall and washed and cleaned my car without any hesitation and on time, with a smile on their face! this was an inspiring experience for me. Customer service is a standard I have had several visits to the service dept. in the past few years since I have purchased 2 Elantras. Every time I have been in the service dept. in the past year Erica has been the service writer that has taken care of me. Erica answers all my questions. She explains things to me in detail. Even when I pull up in the service dept. it's like being at a hotel where they are there to greet me and take care of my car. I am very satisfied with the service dept. and my salesman Chuck. B.
