I can’t say anything else then save yourself time and avoid getting a Hyundai so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Their service department is a garbage show. I could write a book on the level (or non existent level) of “service I’ve experienced multiple times. But here are my warnings. Need warranty work or recalls… prepare to sit there for hours just to have to come back at a different time and sit there for even longer because they never have parts or loaner vehicles…. That is if they don’t lie about things. They will be happy to try and sell you another vehicle while you’re sitting there for 4-7 hours. It’s a genuine crap show in the service department. They’re fine to sell the vehicle to you but there is zero level of service. “They’ll get you out by end of the day” and not care of you have to sit there and cancel medical appointments because they misdiagnose your car and it’ll be another 4-5 hours to fix with no option of a loaner. That is after you have a 9:30 am appointment but don’t start working on your vehicle until 11:30. The whole story start to end is so long…. So bottom line, be prepared to sit there for hours with no care for your time or well being. I’m actively getting rid of my palisade to just get away from Hyundai service, especially this one. I’d put 0 stars if I could. I’m so disgusted and livid for the way they treat customers. Corporate was called and I was informed on my all my ACTUAL options were that were v NEVER discussed with me. It wasn’t until I started crying because I had to pick up my son with no car and about to call an Uber they “tried” to rectify the situation. I guess hysterical mothers aren’t great for business. Don't buy from this dealership. They will screw you over so badly. You'll feel some type away. This the second vehicle they done. Me like this with the Hyundai Palisade. Stay away from this horribly run service department. Took my car in because my GPS is acting up and 3 days later got it back saying I needed to update the software even though it was up to date. Took it back and they said there was a new software update to do but they installed the same version that had been on the car since before the first visit. Now they say they won’t accept my Allstate extended warranty even though other dealerships accept it and I bought it directly from a Genesis dealer. Complete waste of time and it still isn’t fixed. Go elsewhere. More

Hyundai of Bedford is NOT a full service dealer - no body work. I had my Tucson towed there and they couldn't address the repair and body work. Hyundai of Bedford has had my car in for repair for 56 days, since July 21st. It is still not repaired, and they continue to give you excuse after excuse as to why it is not finished. When you call the dealership to ask about the repair work, the service agent is not available, and to leave a message. They do not return calls until after constant calling back, and then it’s I will get back to you tomorrow. I have contacted their corporate office, and they say they will investigate and call the dealership, but as of today there is no solution to this problem. They wanted me to rent a car for $300.00 down, and $50.00 a day. As of today, I would have spent $3,150.00. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB. More
I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I have been looking for a car that is good on gas for my work commute, and I found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I have been looking for a car that is good on gas for my work commute, and I found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that was being advertised by this dealership on CARFAX.com. I requested more information and received a text in the morning to set up an appointment. I set an appointment for 3:15, then told them I would be up there even a little earlier than that. Given that I live an hour and 10 minutes away, this was quite a long drive for me. When I got there, it took them multiple tries to find my appointment spot. When they found it, the salesperson went in the back for 5-10 minutes to “grab the keys.” He then came back empty handed to tell me the car sold 20 minutes prior to when I got there. He said they didn’t call me because they figured I was closer to the dealership at that point with my commute there. However, I never disclosed where I was driving from until I got there so this was a made up excuse. He promised to get me in something similar and asked me to give him some time. I was then shown a 2020 Hyundai Sonata that he said came in yesterday and had been serviced but not detailed. He also promised a better warranty on this car since it was newer. When we got in, the car was extremely dirty, but I let this go given that he said it hadn’t been detailed. I drove the car and noticed it was rocking, and when my boyfriend opened the window, the car was making a scraping noise. My brother who was in the back seat said he also felt the rocking, but the dealer who also sat in the back said he didn’t hear or feel anything. When we get back to the dealership, my boyfriend immediately begins looking around the car, underneath, and under the hood. We noticed a few missing panels and broken parts on the vehicle that had been electrical taped. I then saw that the car had been marked “AS IS” and would not include the dealer warranty like I was promised. We gave back the keys and told the dealer that we were upset because they sold the car I was coming to see without notifying me and then tried to sell us a broken down car as a quick sell instead. As we’re driving away, they called back to try to resolve the problem and said we need to understand that we saw the car at its worst and it had not been serviced yet, as the dealer told me. We said we would no longer do business with them at this point. She continued to say that the inventory changes all the time and they could make it up to me, but this whole situation was handled so unprofessionally and they also tried to trick me into a messed up car with no warranty. I will never do business with this dealership, ever. They completely wasted my time and gas and I was never even given a sorry, I was just given excuses about the “way the industry is nowadays.” More

So they said police on way, I said so what I’ll wait for them and we’ll get to the bottom of this! The police made me leave, I paid extra for a extended Warrenty and now I’m not aloud on the property or to evern call there!
