He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. He greeted us at the door when we arrived and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The only major disappointment was the secondary salesperson Kim who tried very hard to sell me an extended warranty policy at an exorbitant price. When I refused the first time he immediately dropped the price $700. I still refused. He insisted that he was REQUIRED BY LAW to offer the extended policy to the customer three times. We have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I refused a third time and he finally stopped. We actually were enjoying ourselves at the dealership until this happened. It diminished the overall experience. More
