2017 Sonata I like the dealership because their are able to negotiate a little more than others I've dealt with. But I do not like the customer service. Service department hours are not friendly to the working world. And the car wash closes too early (45 minutes before actual closing time). My car has also still been dirty after it's been washed (when they hand washed it and when they've used the new drive thru wash). More
They are liars and they wasted my time - don't waste yours On the phone they told me they had a used Sante Fe for under $5000. So I stopped in. It was not that price -- it was more than double. So they showed me two other Sante Fe's, used, on the lot. I asked for the sticker price -- they did not tell me. Instead, they kept asking me how much I am willing to pay per month. I told him "No. You tell me how much those cars are. If they're in my price range, I'll test drive them and we can make a deal" -- but they refused to tell me the sticker price. When I insisted on a test drive, they told me the cars are "junk" so I can't drive them, and they they won't tell me the sticker price. Then they tried again to sell me on the $10,900 Sante Fe that wasn't even on the lot. I drove all the way there to see a car that was way more than I was quoted, they made me go to the lot to look at two other cars which they refused to give me the sticker price, and they kept pesterming me about "how much" I could pay monthly, so they can conveniently find a car in that price range. I've been preapproved for a loan by my bank, and I have a credit score of over 800. I don't need this type of ignorance and swindling. I just want test drive a car and buy it. I'm never shopping at this dealership again, and I'll be telling my friends and family to do the same. More
