We purchased a new Hyundai tuscan from Hyundai of Abington, from the start of the purchase they where extremely difficult. I’ve purchased over 30 vehicles from 20 dealerships in the course of my flee Abington, from the start of the purchase they where extremely difficult. I’ve purchased over 30 vehicles from 20 dealerships in the course of my fleet management. Never in my life have i ever been treated more poorly by a dealer. RUDE! beyond what i can even put into words, 0 Communication it took over 2 months to get are plates (the temp expired before they provided us with the permanent plates.) it took 2 weeks of calling pretty much every day to finally get an answer. We dealt with a man name lane, who was awful. We sat in the sales chair after he carelessly threw the paper work in front of us and watched him smoke cigarettes as we waited for him. They wouldn’t not honor a discount they advertised because we lived out of state (New Jersey) If i had ANY other option to purchase a car from another location i would have done it. In todays market that luxury doesn’t exist. Shame on Hyundai of Abington, and shame on Hyundai corporate for allowing such mistreatment of customers. More
