Was not happy with the lack of attention my wife & I recieved. The saleslady would ask for an item, dissapear for 20 to 30 minutes, come bask and ask for something else, go away for another 20 minutes, recieved. What should haven taken about an hour alsted 2 1/2 hours. Also, was promised that all the paperwork would be ready to sign when we returned to pick up the car. Wrong again, it took another hour and forty-five minutes to see the business manager to sign the papers. He then tried to sell me the extended warrantys that should have been told to us before. He promptly threw the saleslady under the bus by blaming that on her and the fact she was new and didn't know proceadures. If she didn't know what she was doing, why did they not train her better. After all that, it took another 20 minutes for her to find the second key that she had had the visit before. She said "somebody" had put it in the wrong file folder. Even though I love the car, I don't think I will buy from them again. More

We purchased a new Hyundai tuscan from Hyundai of Abington, from the start of the purchase they where extremely difficult. I’ve purchased over 30 vehicles from 20 dealerships in the course of my fleet management. Never in my life have i ever been treated more poorly by a dealer. RUDE! beyond what i can even put into words, 0 Communication it took over 2 months to get are plates (the temp expired before they provided us with the permanent plates.) it took 2 weeks of calling pretty much every day to finally get an answer. We dealt with a man name lane, who was awful. We sat in the sales chair after he carelessly threw the paper work in front of us and watched him smoke cigarettes as we waited for him. They wouldn’t not honor a discount they advertised because we lived out of state (New Jersey) If i had ANY other option to purchase a car from another location i would have done it. In todays market that luxury doesn’t exist. Shame on Hyundai of Abington, and shame on Hyundai corporate for allowing such mistreatment of customers. More
The salesman Gary was amazing. Helpful,informational and knowledgeable of the vehicles! That was after he threw a Radom # at me and told me to write the check for. When I said he’s math was wrong he kept blaming the finance guy…. Again the salesman Gary was great! Friendly professional and very helpful! The sales manger is horrible and a thief. More
