Imagine my shock when I got home and discovered that my Ioniq had sustained a number of white scrapes along the passenger side from the middle of the front door to beyond the rear tire while it was at the Ioniq had sustained a number of white scrapes along the passenger side from the middle of the front door to beyond the rear tire while it was at the service department having it’s oil change. I immediately returned to the dealership (not an insignificant drive) and Brian, the service manager, came out to view the damage and take photos. It was hoped that a camera outside of the service department will have video of the white vehicle that scraped my car. My big disappointment and concern, right now, is that I have NOT heard back from Brian and I feel that the damage to my car is insignificant to Brian and the dealership. I really had expected that Abington Hyundai would have taken responsibility for this damage, sustained while my car was in their care, and facilitated the repair in an expedient manner. So far, NOTHING!😒 More
Gary was a wonderful, professional man who assisted us with everything we were looking for. Also helped us with some of the navigation inside the car. Despite the fact that the manager was gruff and the finance guy was rather rude, Gary was great to work with. We searched for months for a particular car, but had trouble finding the model we wanted at a reasonable price. Hyundai of Abington had an extensive inventory and the exact car we were looking for, alon trouble finding the model we wanted at a reasonable price. The buying process was quick but the salesman took his time explaining all the features of the car to us. Overall a very enjoyable experience. More
Not very happy! I was sent a Recall notice some 4 weeks ago from Hyundai and the first appointment available was Dec. 1st and was advised that the work would take "s I was sent a Recall notice some 4 weeks ago from Hyundai and the first appointment available was Dec. 1st and was advised that the work would take "several hours". So instead of waiting at the dealership, my wife followed me oover and we left the car. 3 hours later, I got a call that the car was ready. Great! Only one problem - the recall that I originally made the appointment for (seat belt tensioner) couldn;'t be accomplished - they didn't have the parts necessary. Instead, the dealer performed another recall procedure (software update) that I wasn't even aware of. Fine - but.....since the car was being brought in for a recall after a 3 week wait for an appointment - the service department should have had the parts available ! The service department should have contacted me and rescheduled the service once they had the parts in stock! Now, I will have to reschedule an appointment once they receive the parts, which is an inconvenience for me & my wife - especially around the Holidays. More

I know they changed hands recently but the process was just as smooth and professional as it always has been. we like the team here and w dealership. Great customer service in the maintenance department. I had an appointment for an oil change and loved that it was free for the term of my lease. I was a little disappointed that it took 2 hours to wait I had an appointment for an oil change and loved that it was free for the term of my lease.
