We searched for months for a particular car, but had trouble finding the model we wanted at a reasonable price. Not very happy! I was sent a Recall notice some 4 weeks ago from Hyundai and the first appointment available was Dec. 1st and was advised that the work would take "s I was sent a Recall notice some 4 weeks ago from Hyundai and the first appointment available was Dec. 1st and was advised that the work would take "several hours". So instead of waiting at the dealership, my wife followed me oover and we left the car. 3 hours later, I got a call that the car was ready. Great! Only one problem - the recall that I originally made the appointment for (seat belt tensioner) couldn;'t be accomplished - they didn't have the parts necessary. Instead, the dealer performed another recall procedure (software update) that I wasn't even aware of. Fine - but.....since the car was being brought in for a recall after a 3 week wait for an appointment - the service department should have had the parts available ! The service department should have contacted me and rescheduled the service once they had the parts in stock! Now, I will have to reschedule an appointment once they receive the parts, which is an inconvenience for me & my wife - especially around the Holidays. More

Was not happy with the lack of attention my wife & I recieved. The saleslady would ask for an item, dissapear for 20 to 30 minutes, come bask and ask for something else, go away for another 20 minutes, recieved. What should haven taken about an hour alsted 2 1/2 hours. Also, was promised that all the paperwork would be ready to sign when we returned to pick up the car. Wrong again, it took another hour and forty-five minutes to see the business manager to sign the papers. He then tried to sell me the extended warrantys that should have been told to us before. He promptly threw the saleslady under the bus by blaming that on her and the fact she was new and didn't know proceadures. If she didn't know what she was doing, why did they not train her better. After all that, it took another 20 minutes for her to find the second key that she had had the visit before. She said "somebody" had put it in the wrong file folder. Even though I love the car, I don't think I will buy from them again. More
