awful experience did not get to my car even though I had a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5 a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5pm in time for my son's road test on Monday, which destroyed our entire plan. Now for the big one...I get a call that my brand-new car can't pass inspection because of a 1/2-inch bubble in 1 tire's sidewall, not a reason to fail and of course it passed at the service station just after this xx. Soooo, not only did they try to rob me for a new tire that was not needed at all as the car has 6k miles on it they also tried to sell me a cabin filter and air filter for $100 each which were also brand new and just needed a dust off from leaves, pure sales tactics deplorable and probably get away with robing 70-80% of people who are clueless Shame on you, SHAME SHAME SHAME, some free service you provide what a joke, tried to get 1k out of me on my 1st service of a brand new car!!! More
I made an appointment for 10 am Saturday as it’s my only weekend day free for the next few months. The appointment was for a recall in my 2026 Santa Fe for a seatbelt anchor. I also had a ride that day, which I indicated when I made the appointment. Come 3 PM that day, I got a call that my car was not going to be ready that day and ask if I could leave my car there for the weekend. Obviously this was not ideal, but thankfully, I could use my partner’s car. The car was ready Monday morning, but I no longer had a ride, so I had to spend money for an Uber to get to the service center. The service center told me that they could not reimburse me for the Uber ride there, but did apologize for having to keep the car longer than anticipated, and gave me a voucher for a free car wash. Wow, that was nice, it is quite frustrating to make an appointment and not be accommodated. More
Bought a car that needed an alignment, nail in the tire and an engine filter. I guess no one looks at the car before i drove it! Took me two months to get my tire fixed not to mention I bought a warranty and an engine filter. I guess no one looks at the car before i drove it! I was treated so well before o bought the car but after signing treated like crap! More
