The services provided and the sales skills I encountered wer I came in to Butler Hyundai to have some factory-mandated service on my Hyundai Sonata, which I have owned for about three years. While waiting for I came in to Butler Hyundai to have some factory-mandated service on my Hyundai Sonata, which I have owned for about three years. While waiting for this to process, I conversed with the service desk representative and casually mentioned how much easier it would be for some of my disabled friends to get in and out of a van than it has been in my Sonata. He suggested that such a van might be available, and referred me to Marie, who offered to help me weigh my possible options. In about an hour, I had driven two different vans, and talked financial possibilities with the sales manager. I came home with a Kia Sedona, which I am delighted with. I highly respect and trust each and every one of the people who worked with me. They allowed me to arrive at my own conclusions without pressure. I highly recommend the Butler Hyundai staff, and from what I could see of the Butler business philosophy, I would say that you could buy at any of the Butler dealerships and see that they are real people who put real people first and sales second. Marie Bulkin, sales rep., epitomizes this. Thank you Marie, and all the others who I met there. (she did not pay me to write this!) More
