You do not honor your warranties I purchased a warranty that I was told was bumper to bumper. I have had several problems with the vehicle and brought it in 3 times. All 3 times I I purchased a warranty that I was told was bumper to bumper. I have had several problems with the vehicle and brought it in 3 times. All 3 times I was told " it is not covered". I have purchased 2 vehicles from Sheppard in the past. But I will never do so again. You do not honor your warranties. I will also tell anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle that you do not honor your warranties. More

Great Experience I was at a gas station and drove over a manhole cover and scraped my car on it. The Service Department at Volkswagen Dealership was understanding and got me in right away after they inspected the underneath they discovered there was a bracket that had been pushed up the machine informed me and quickly fixed it and I was on my way. I highly recommend this dealership they are the only ones I trust my car to and know it’s done right the first time. Their pretty reasonable on their service fees. More
