We have recommended them and have given Hyundai an excellent review when asked how we like our Sonata. Our new vehicle is a 2015 Santa Fe Limited. Love it! More

What they say about car sales men is true By chance I saw a used Subaru on their lot that they had just received as a trade in. I have to say the test drive experience was just fine. During th By chance I saw a used Subaru on their lot that they had just received as a trade in. I have to say the test drive experience was just fine. During the test drive, we heard a noise that we could not quite pin point. When we were back, the sales manager joined the round and we mentioned the noise and he immediately said that the tech thought it was a bad wheel bearing and to consider it a non-issue. Ok. We were informed upon our question that the timing belt had been done by the previous owner as well as the clutch. I took the car to a shop to get a 2nd opinion just to be sure and they found that it had an oil leak from a bad head gasket. They could not confirm that any work on the timing belt had been done. The head gasket and timing belt replacement was estimated at about $2.5k . In subarus the head gasket being shotty is not a surprise and I was willing to work with the dealer to either have the issue addressed or sell the car to me with the repair amount substracted because I wanted this addressed. HOWEVER, the issue was down played and I was told I would at least have 1-2 years before I would have to address the gasket. I asked my car savvy friends, and tried to read up on it and all I could find it that a leaky head gasket should be addressed asap because you can ruin the engine. Anyhow, they were trying to sell the car way over market value. No deal for me and I walked away. The car just showed up on autotrader for the original sticker price, no mention of the head gasket... Buyer beware of this dealership and always have the vehicle checked somewhere else if you still consider a purchase there. More
Horrible service all around. You generally have to leave messages when calling their service department. The service guy that was helping me was helping and talking to other people while I was there AND in messages when calling their service department. The service guy that was helping me was helping and talking to other people while I was there AND in another instance when calling to get a quote on service work. The service staff are not very knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles which worries me about having me vehicle worked on there. Instead of the service guy apologizing to me about their service, or lack thereof, he was justifying his actions as a "normal business practice". They have lost my future business in service and new car purchasing. More
his review pertains to VW Sheppard, specifically the service department. This is the most disreputable dealership I have ever dealt with. They recommended a brake fluid exchange even though I had done it three months ago. When I came to get my car back, the service associate even checked the car in front of me and my brake fluid was clean as a whistle. These guys are scam artists. They recommended other repair items that I believe are unnecessary. Find a local mechanic you can trust, don't come here unless you want to be fleeced. More
I never would have believed that I would have thought of a car salesman as a guardian angel, but that is precisely what you get if you're lucky enough to work with Tom Ross. He shares the information on hi a car salesman as a guardian angel, but that is precisely what you get if you're lucky enough to work with Tom Ross. He shares the information on his dealership's costs for the vehicles you're interested in: purchase, transportation, shop costs, etc., so you can understand exactly how he arrives at a fair and reasonable selling price. No need for haggling or angst over whether or not you got a good deal. Most amazingly, he truly is a customer advocate. I was interested in a car model that had reliability problems. He could have sold me the car, but instead he proved how much he really cares about people by educating me about why I should avoid that particular model. Buy a car from him, then send all your friends to buy cars from him. It'll be one of the best things you've ever done. More
