This is what a car buying experience should be. I work in sales myself so I knew what I wanted and how I wanted to be treated. After visiting (and walking out of) multiple other dealerships, I thou I work in sales myself so I knew what I wanted and how I wanted to be treated. After visiting (and walking out of) multiple other dealerships, I thought I may never get the car I wanted. Then I connected with Alfredo and not only did I get the price (and color/trim) I wanted, but I also felt as though I was respected and treated fairly in the process. I was provided a quote prior to coming in with NO "bait & switch" or "mandatory add ons" once I got there. There was no pressure to buy but I still made the drive all the way from Burbank in rush hour on a Wednesday to meet Alfredo in person and close the deal.
