I had a great experience start to finish. When I contacted Juan at Carson it was because I wasn't having a great experience at another dealer. The dealership didn't have the car I wanted, but the manager, Nick, was able to speak with a sister dealership in Westlake and get it transferred over same day. Andrew in finance explained all the numbers and warranties clearly, and got me on my way. After the sale was finished Juan sat in the car with me and explained all the new gadgets and accessories. It was late and tired, so he assured me if I needed help later, he would still be available to answer my questions. Which he was the very next day when I couldn't remember something he'd explained! We live almost 2 hours away, but I asked another sales person if they could talk cars with my mom, who will be looking for a new car soon, and they were very patient and helpful. I explained we may not make it back to Carson but another dealer closer to home and that didn't stop their willingness to help my mom and answer her questions All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend others to go there and am considering make the drive for my mom's car when she decides to buy~~ More
