It was suggested by my brother Darryl to Google 5 Star Hyundai Dealers. Hyundai Carson came up. So I decided give them a try. They had easy access from 405 freeway. Dealership was nice. We were greeted with a smile by Salesman, Dom Dennis . He was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable regarding the makes and models Hyundai has but I knew exactly what I wanted. I was so happy they had the model, the color and the accessories that I needed. Negotiation and financing was easy and stress- free. I left same day with keys in my hand! I drove off a very happy and satisfied customer in my new 2023 Tucson! My family and friends are all very happy for me! I recommend Hyundai Carson to everyone! I contacted about 7 Hyundai dealerships during my car search and Hyundai Carson was by far the most professional. The dealerships that lost to Carson were Hyundai Huntington Beach, Irvine, Cerritos, Gard search and Hyundai Carson was by far the most professional. The dealerships that lost to Carson were Hyundai Huntington Beach, Irvine, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Tustin, and Anaheim. Kevin LaGuardia was very transparent with how he communicated. We were not being given incorrect information or manipulated. The people here were very honest with us. They really care that we have a wonderful experience with the dealership and the car that we buy. We are so grateful that we found Hyundai Carson. We also got a lot of help from Tyler in the Finance Department and he was very patient with us while we were slowly going through all the paperwork. We also chatted with LaQuan a bit while we were waiting and he was very chill and professional. For our next car, we will undoubtedly go to Hyundai Carson if we want to buy another Hyundai. More

We were searching for a new car for weeks, and it was becoming more of a chore instead of an exciting experience until we met Erick! The service was exceptional and Erick even took the time to personally deliver the car to my house the next day after the car went through its routine dealer inspection -- this couldn't be done the day I leased the car because the service department was closed on Sunday and the car had just arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Erick to my friends and family. More

I usually find service standards lacking, but today was a happy exception. Jon came out to the parking area to greet us and patiently explained all the details of the car we were looking at.
