It's no surprise to me that I see so many common themes between my experience and what I am reading others also experienced. Hyundai Carson has reset the benchmark and expectations around the car buying e between my experience and what I am reading others also experienced. Hyundai Carson has reset the benchmark and expectations around the car buying experience that for a long time has been tolerated as a rite of passage (being confused, demoralized or exhausted when negotiating a car purchase) that simply does not make what should be an exciting milestone (purchasing a car) enjoyable in any way. From our first touchpoint, Rickie did the following things to personally create a top notch end-to-end experience for me: quick follow-up via text and phone, straightforward and clear communication, attentive listening skills and understanding that I did not want to beat around the bush in price negotiations and wanted the "Ready to make a sale" price since I had been comparison shopping for some time. I ultimately elected to buy my vehicle through Hyundai Carson b/c the customer experience from the beginning was personalized, attentive, upfront, and transparent and that earned my respect. Though I caught Rickie on a busier day and there was delay in getting into Finance, I appreciated he multi-tasked and got other things that we could start done in the process and also prepped and managed my expectations going into the Finance stage so that went swiftly and there were no surprises. And his level of service did not change in any way following the sale - he was equally responsive when I needed help with a car insurance challenge and has continued to be responsive to other questions and checking in on my overall satisfaction with the vehicle. Another noticeable difference at Hyundai Carson and general shout out worth mentioning is the team-based environment in which they work...when Rickie is unavailable his colleagues have stepped in seamlessly with an equal commitment to providing top notch service and answering my questions. I am a happy customer! More

We recently bought a car from Carson Hyundai; Kevin LaGuardia was our sales person and he provided excellent service throughout. Pricing discussions were clear and the final price was excellent. The whole process was really easy and we appreciated Kevin's help from the first visit to the dealership to the last, as we drove off the lot.
