Satisfied for the most part. Ask me after my third payment. I was very happy with the sales part of the purchase. I was not happy with the way they handled the finance. I could not find out the rate until I came to pick up the car at which time I was told that I had to finance thru Hundai to qualify for the incentives. The rate is 5.5%. My credit rating is over 800 which should Qualify me for a much lower rate.I was told I could refinance thru the dealership after the third payment with no prepayment penalty. If that is the case I will be very happy with my purchase experience. If not I will not be a happy camper. More

Sales was amazing, Don't trust the finance dept. I went in with a TrueCar certificate and instead of using that price they used the original price ,added the 10yr warranty then took off the rebates. I went in with a TrueCar certificate and instead of using that price they used the original price ,added the 10yr warranty then took off the rebates. So instead of financing 17k I'm financing 21+k. The TrueCar certificate was for 23k. Not happy about it. More
