Larry Hall (the GM), Mike DeSimone (Sales Manager/Assistant GM)and their sales staff/service department are top notch. I believe the owner(s) have put a team in place that have core beliefs that are more rare than common in this industry. They get the big picture and aren't just chasing monthly/yearly goals. They realize they are part of the community and they go above and beyond for their customers. The conviction and their actions are real, which is refreshing. My family personally witnessed this in action with something that came up which they went above and beyond to remedy. Not only will this dealership have my loyalty but I will continue to pay it forward in expressing my gratitude to others in my inner circle. I am just one customer but it would behoove Hyundai to embrace dealerships like this and duplicate their business practices. Without dealerships like this a manufacturers brand has no staying power.
