In one word “Amazing” This was my first dealership experience and I have to say it was amazing. Tammy, Tim and Julie were awesome. In fact everyone there is. Everything was explained in detail. If they didn’t know the answer to my question they found it for me in a timely manner. They worked with me to find what was right for me. Not once was I pressured into getting something that I didn’t want. I wish I had gone there years ago. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. More

Birthday Surprise There are not enough words to express the WOW in my recent purchase of a 2017 Juke for my Partner. It was an experience that I will never forget. I came across a Business Card left in my Ford Escape with Tammy Mousseau's name on it. It was related to Refer A Friend. I went to talk to Tammy to see what I could do. After touching base with Tammy, I was very satisfied with Professionalism and her Interest in my purchase. Tammy went about and beyond her expectations and made us feel like Family. Previous dealerships I have dealt with do not compare. After being approved, I mentioned to Tammy that I wanted this Car to be a surprise for my Partners Birthday. I wanted to decorate it out with balloons and green bows, and play a mock prank on my Partner. He didn't know anything of the sort. The day of the signing, the car was on the show room floor decked out in balloons, green frillies, bows, xxxxxxx and feathers to boot inside the car. Nothing I expected from Tammy or the dealership. I was at AWE and Lost for words. It was perfect. We started our story with trying to purchase the car. The normal basic information. Everyone was in on the deal. Tammy took Andrew, my partner, and showed him all around the Juke. In and out. She did explain that they had not got to all the cars in the show room to decorate, just to throw him off. After being impressed and liking the car, Tammy asked me to enter the owners office, Julie Huttig, where she had the set up keys attached to a helium balloon that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Again, above and beyond what my expectations were. I re-entered the show room and presented my BF with the keys to his new 2017 Nissan Juke. The car he always wanted. His smile was priceless and a few explicit words, he began to cry. It was a day to mark in the books as a successful experience at Huttig Nissan. As for Tammy, I want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU. There are not enough words to express how well u made this day special to me. I also want to shout out to Tim Curley. You are a man that is very knowledgeable of your business. Thank You for all you did in this roll too. Signing paperwork was a blast to do with you. Thank You for taking care of the Customer. It truly shows this dealership cares about their Customers. Thanks to Julie Huttig for having such a great staff and for the loaves of bread. Thank You to the rest of the Huttig Team. Highly recommended in books. She has been doing this for many years and is very experienced and does whatever needs to.be done to gets the job done. Everyone in this dealership treated us with the utmost respect; Jason, for explaining leasing vs buying and appraising our trade in, Tim, with all his experience explaining all the reasons to get the extra coverage, going over the contract - making sure we understood what we were buying and giving us peace of mind for the next three years; Tammy introduced us to the service department manager and parts manager. She wanted us to know who we would be dealing with when we called for any service we needed. We referred our daughter here to trade in a car. Tammy took care of her, from beginning to end. An Experience like none other!! First, I want to start by saying, that we just moved to the area from a much more competitive market and I did not think I would be able to work with First, I want to start by saying, that we just moved to the area from a much more competitive market and I did not think I would be able to work with a dealer in the Plattsburgh area ..... Surprise!! Surprise!! What a fantastic experience we had.....And, it lasted a day and a half, by MY choice! I was greeted by Tammy who was a pleasant, knowledgeable, and seasoned professional who was not “overbearing” or “pushy” in the least. And..... let’s face it, car dealerships historically have created this “normally unpleasant buying experience“ that keeps us on the defense..... BUT NOT at this dealership. No way!! Huttig Nissan truly exudes a “non-stressful” family atmosphere unlike any other dealer we’ve been to. While sitting at Tammy’s desk, I even had a very pleasant conversation with the neighboring sales pro, Adam, and it did not seem at all like there was any animosity or competitive nature between them. At most other dealerships we see sales people fighting over customers and here it was not like that at all. In fact, everybody seem to want to help out in every facet of the process. Jason, one of the sales managers, was very pleasant and passed by me several times offering me something to eat or drink. I didn’t feel like I was in a dealership showroom, I felt like I was in my living room at home. Tammy introduced me to Justin, one of the other managers, who was highly respectful and honest, and helped us complete the process, and on a level that I was more accustomed to. He maintained the integrity of the company, while showing me a “respect” that also made me feel like I was becoming a part of the dealership family myself. I was even offered the opportunity to take the vehicle home overnight, which I thought was a gesture that was truly over the top. Before leaving, I was introduced to Tim Curley, the Business Manager who was impressively knowledgeably and gave me plenty of options while explaining the intricate details of the warranty as well as the other options available to me and did not pressure me in one bit. In addition, I was also introduced to Julie, the owner who was soooo “down to earth” she too, also made me feel like I was “joining the family.” I was so pleasantly surprised, that I ran back to my wife and told her that we have a new family here in Plattsburg, Oh.....and by the way..... what do you think of the Car I brought home for you to check out? Once we decided that this car was going to be perfect for us, the rest of the process was a breeze! Tim and Tammy made the delivery process so simple and pleasant that we were shocked at how smoothly the process went. And Tammy..... Wow....what a thorough job she did in going over the car with my wife and I, and we both felt like we had just joined a “New Family”........ Thanks again to ALL at Huttig Nissan for making this one of the Best Buying Experiences ever!! Truly AWESOME!! Thanks!! More

Great Experience!! I was over in Plattsburgh on business with my friend who also happens to be my mechanic and he had watched a Huttig Nissan TV commercial. Knowing I was in the market for a new Nissan he recommend I check it out. When I arrived I told them that I did not have a lot of time that day. They gave me their best deal upfront no back forth with the Sales manager, They were respectful of the time that I had to spend that day and everyone was pleasent to deal with. I made a deal, they quickly got the vehicle ready and I wasn't late getting home. Julie, Tammy and everyone else were great to deal with.
