Like all car salesmen/women, they eagerly greet you at the door or on their lot, yet their customer service attitude goes out the door when they have to help you with something other than purchasing one of their cars. Suddenly they cannot locate the manager on call, or keys are misplaced. My experience with them is BAD. They are the friendliest when they get you to sign on the dotted line, but extremely hesitant to help with anything else. So do yourself a favor and drive to Atlanta where the service and attitude is top notch! More

Poor management I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x on that Tuesday. I only found out through a letter a week later. At this point I had to go to my bank who approved the loan. Once my bank approved the loan the dealership couldn't even send the right paperwork with the correct numbers. I would not recommend to anyone. Not one accommodation from the dealerahip for the worry and headache the caused myself. So unprofessional. More
