My husband and I had been searching for the "right" vehicle for our family for quite some time. We wanted to downsize from two vehicles to one. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted "right" vehicle for our family for quite some time. We wanted to downsize from two vehicles to one. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted (not pounced upon) by Joe. From the first moment it was clear he was not the typical pushy car salesman we had encountered so many times over the previous few months. We originally were just looking at the different models available in Kia's lineup, with no intention of buying that day. Joe impressed us with his knowledge of the vehicles and the specifics of Kia's great warranty. At first we zeroed in on the large Sorrento with all the bells and whistles. Joe worked hard for us to get the numbers where they needed to be, but we decided it was best spend a bit less. Joe worked with us for many hours, taking us on test drives in three different models. We finally came to a decision and choose a very nice Sportage. We had previously been working with another area dealership (different brand) but we decided to discontinue working with them after they told us our trades were not worth anything close to what KBB, NADA, Edmunds, or Autotrader said they were. Joe not only got the numbers where we wanted them to be, but got us what BOTH of our trade-in vehicles were worth. At Hutchison Kia we got a phenomenal deal! The real Joe Foreman made customers for life out of my husband and I. More
I had gone in to get my car checked out because the air wasn't working properly. My car is under warranty and they said they would check it because it was under warranty. I was waiting for an hour and fina wasn't working properly. My car is under warranty and they said they would check it because it was under warranty. I was waiting for an hour and finally they told me my car was ready. Well as I was waiting for my car to come out they came back and told me they had inspected the wrong car. It's been an hour now and it's a Tuesday and I need to get to work but I guess they didn't understand that concept. So I waited another hour for my car, the right car, to be inspected. The lady came out and told me my car was ready but since it was something that wasn't fixed under warranty I had to pay for labor. Well what's the point of having a warranty if you can't inspect my car when I think something is wrong with it?! They wasted over two hours of my day and made me pay for spmething that didn't even get fixed. I paid for them to look at my car even though it's called warranty. Worst car service dealership place I have been to! I will not be returning to them after giving them 2 years of service already!! More
Went with a problem with oil pressure light. they first claimed needed oil change, then oil gaskets, then engine flush, then said should probably trade it in or else get new engine. We declined the new eng claimed needed oil change, then oil gaskets, then engine flush, then said should probably trade it in or else get new engine. We declined the new engine or the trade in towards a new car scam. Odd that we started at a $70 dollar job and it kept going up. Also when we picked it up, the back end of the van had been hit/dented. They claimed it was that way before but it wasn't! We saw no indication inside or out that they had done any work at all or even moved the vehicle. They charged us $600 and the car broke down (oil light staying on) 6 miles from their dealership. We chose to be towed into atlanta. I would not recommend this dealership for anything. We will be writing the KIA corporation about our terrible experience. More
