Our salesman, Daniel, was very helpful in finding the right car for us and wasn't pushy at all. The dealer was very patient as the finances were sorted out and we drove off with a great vehicle! Five stars for Hutchinson Kia! More
Great Service! We greatly appreciate the above and beyond assistance we received from Annette when we began looking for a fuel efficient and family friendly vehicle. We greatly appreciate the above and beyond assistance we received from Annette when we began looking for a fuel efficient and family friendly vehicle. Annette listened to our needs and price point, then went through the database to see what would be most fuel efficient at the best price point for our budget. She pulled around a couple vehicles for us to look at, and then let us go home and think things through. THAT was the service we needed! The next morning, we were back and ready to purchase. Thank you Annette and Hutchinson Kia for working with and for us! You rock! More

I went by Back in June 2014 I bought a Kia Optima new from Kia Hutchinson. Within two weeks one of the clips holding on a piece of the paneling broke. I went by on my lunch break to have them look at it but was told they couldn't because ALL of their mechanics were out to lunch. Today I had my car towed there using the roadside assistance due to a flat. When I hadn't received a call back in the time promised I called back to be told the reason they had not gotten to my car was because everyone else was in the 401K meeting. I will never again buy from or use their service department. I highly suggest you go elsewhere because once you buy the car they couldn't give a crap about you. More
Purchase a used 2011 Kia Sorento June 2011. I will be honest by saying we did not thoroughly inspect vehicle before purchasing which is my mistake. So we get the vehicle home and find out that the front honest by saying we did not thoroughly inspect vehicle before purchasing which is my mistake. So we get the vehicle home and find out that the front bumper and grill had damager to the vehicle. So when we call back to discuss the damage of course we were told that we purchased the vehicle as is and we will have to pay for repairs. Our mistake we should have done a better job of looking over the vehicle. June 15th, 2012 after my wife had left for work, I noticed a puddle of fluid in our garage so I called my wife to tell her to be careful because i think the radiator is leaking. So we didn't drive the car all weekend. Took to Hutchinson of macon monday morning to get it look at since we had a 75,000 mile warranty. Received a call around lunch saying that the radiator had been damaged and that it would cost $1000 to repair. The service rep stated that the accident caused the damage and therefor it not covered under the manufactures warranty. I explained to her that the car was purchased that way and we didn't damage the vehicle. I even got the sales rep that sold me the car to explain that damage was on the front end was not caused by us. Well come to find out, the radiator had been damaged and welded with some type of adhesive to stop the leak. So basically we purchased a used car with faulty radiator and Hutchinson still would not fix it at no cost. They stated that there is no proof that the vehicle was sold to me this way. After getting the rep that sold me the car involved they reduced it to half price. So now I have to pay for a radiator that was faulty when i purchased the car. So that means the car did not have an inspection before is was sold or it did have an inspection and they did a quick fix to sell it to me. On top of that, I left my car with them today and they told me it will be thursday until they can get it back to me. So I asked for a car to use while my car was being repaired and guess what "they don't provide loaner cars! So i have my child's car seat with me in my office trying to think of a way to get my daughter from daycare today and get back and forth to work. Way to go HUTCHINSON! You just made the top number 1 dealerships not to buy from! I am telling anyone, beware of purchasing anything from Hutchinson. They will get your MONEY one way or the other GUARANTEE THAT! More
I purchased my 2011 Kia Soul from Hutchisons on the last day of May. Within a month of ownership the oil light came on. When inspecting the dipstick it showed no oil on it. I took it in and they kept the ca day of May. Within a month of ownership the oil light came on. When inspecting the dipstick it showed no oil on it. I took it in and they kept the car for a day to inspect for leaks. Nothing could be found so they gave me an oil change and sent me on my way. They mentioned they had a problem with there oil pumps and had only found a quart of oil in the engine. Within 3 weeks the motor started knocking again and I checked the oil again and it was on the low mark. I took it in as instructed on August 12th. At the time of this review they have had my kia for 12 days with no resolution. So Far the dealer has told me that they were ordering an engine (08/16) and then taking the head to a machine shop (08/19) And the whole time blaming Kia corp as they were waiting on instructions for them. As of (08/22) The Kia rep was visiting the shop and they were just looking at it and today (08/23) A mechanic was on his way to pick up a part to fix it. They've already told me they found damage to the inner valve walls and that the rings in the #2 cylinder have collapsed. Anytime I try to call I get transferred around about 5-6 times and the service manager is never available. Even calling his cell phone goes straight to voice mail.. I've called into Kia's Corporate number for assistance on 08/22 hoping to get some kind of answer. I spoke with Steve there who has been really helpful although I wish a bit more speedy in getting my request handled. I asked for an escalation and he said he needed to contact the dealer first. He tried but was not able to get the manager as is the case when I call so he escalated to Kias District Manager and advised they are on their way to the Macon dealership this afternoon to assist the dealer. This is my first kia and I am sorely disappointed... More
My husband and I had been searching for the "right" vehicle for our family for quite some time. We wanted to downsize from two vehicles to one. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted "right" vehicle for our family for quite some time. We wanted to downsize from two vehicles to one. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted (not pounced upon) by Joe. From the first moment it was clear he was not the typical pushy car salesman we had encountered so many times over the previous few months. We originally were just looking at the different models available in Kia's lineup, with no intention of buying that day. Joe impressed us with his knowledge of the vehicles and the specifics of Kia's great warranty. At first we zeroed in on the large Sorrento with all the bells and whistles. Joe worked hard for us to get the numbers where they needed to be, but we decided it was best spend a bit less. Joe worked with us for many hours, taking us on test drives in three different models. We finally came to a decision and choose a very nice Sportage. We had previously been working with another area dealership (different brand) but we decided to discontinue working with them after they told us our trades were not worth anything close to what KBB, NADA, Edmunds, or Autotrader said they were. Joe not only got the numbers where we wanted them to be, but got us what BOTH of our trade-in vehicles were worth. At Hutchison Kia we got a phenomenal deal! The real Joe Foreman made customers for life out of my husband and I. More
I had gone in to get my car checked out because the air wasn't working properly. My car is under warranty and they said they would check it because it was under warranty. I was waiting for an hour and fina wasn't working properly. My car is under warranty and they said they would check it because it was under warranty. I was waiting for an hour and finally they told me my car was ready. Well as I was waiting for my car to come out they came back and told me they had inspected the wrong car. It's been an hour now and it's a Tuesday and I need to get to work but I guess they didn't understand that concept. So I waited another hour for my car, the right car, to be inspected. The lady came out and told me my car was ready but since it was something that wasn't fixed under warranty I had to pay for labor. Well what's the point of having a warranty if you can't inspect my car when I think something is wrong with it?! They wasted over two hours of my day and made me pay for spmething that didn't even get fixed. I paid for them to look at my car even though it's called warranty. Worst car service dealership place I have been to! I will not be returning to them after giving them 2 years of service already!! More
Went with a problem with oil pressure light. they first claimed needed oil change, then oil gaskets, then engine flush, then said should probably trade it in or else get new engine. We declined the new eng claimed needed oil change, then oil gaskets, then engine flush, then said should probably trade it in or else get new engine. We declined the new engine or the trade in towards a new car scam. Odd that we started at a $70 dollar job and it kept going up. Also when we picked it up, the back end of the van had been hit/dented. They claimed it was that way before but it wasn't! We saw no indication inside or out that they had done any work at all or even moved the vehicle. They charged us $600 and the car broke down (oil light staying on) 6 miles from their dealership. We chose to be towed into atlanta. I would not recommend this dealership for anything. We will be writing the KIA corporation about our terrible experience. More
