Purchased a new Serento I was having a problem with my 2012 Serento Head Lights, we had visited another dealership that wanted to charge us $150.00 for telling us they didn't I was having a problem with my 2012 Serento Head Lights, we had visited another dealership that wanted to charge us $150.00 for telling us they didn't know what was wrong with it or how to fix it. After several days of my saying "I will NEVER own another Kia" my husband visited Hutchinson Kia and ask for the manager, he checked the head lights and determined there was a short in the wiring harness and suggested we look at another Serendo because he did not think the 2012 was safe. Too make a long story short, I was treated was respect and dignity from all involved, including Mr. Hutchinson. Great experience and excellent service. Barry Bacon was a pleasure to work with and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable with our decision to buy a Kia Soul. Her previous vehicle ga Barry Bacon was a pleasure to work with and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable with our decision to buy a Kia Soul. Her previous vehicle gave up the ghost the night before (on the Interstate no less) leaving her stranded so I HAD to be sure that whatever we got next was going to be as safe and reliable as our budget would allow. Ricky Vinson took us out on the actual test drive while Barry went and processed the paperwork to save us time. Both of them were very knowledgeable about the car and it's features and were able to answer all of our questions. They even let us take the car home for the day to get the boss' (wife) approval. When I came back later that evening, they had me in-and-out and done with the paperwork in about 45 minutes. Who else does that?!?! This is the second Kia I've bought at Hutchinson Kia and it won't be the last. I'm a big fan of efficient but low pressure shopping and they didn't disappoint. Thank you Barry. More

He spent time with us answering questions, showing us different models, etc. We were impressed with the Sportage and visited 4 other dealerships ( one was another Kia dealership). Barry's willingness to help without pressure was a major factor in our returning to Hutchinson's to purchase a Sportage. Jimmy Collins and David Treadwell were also very informative and helpful in closing the deal. Everyone we met were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. More
