The sales rep I was connected to didn't know anything about the vehicle I was test driving, I had to educate him on how to use the GM site on the computer and the general manager was rude and could have about the vehicle I was test driving, I had to educate him on how to use the GM site on the computer and the general manager was rude and could have cared less about providing any kind of service.
