I’ll be back! I used to bring my Mazda to get serviced in Tustin, however I’ve found that HB Mazda provides better customer service. Best service ever! The Service Advisor, Fredy Campos was great. I brought my car in for service and they checked out everything. Service appt. One would think it would be easy to get a service appt. it totally was! 3 in fact. Fatma (sp?) was wonderful at helping me and then when I came in Fredye was friendly, super helpful and patient. Actually gave me the General Customer Service Phone # to help me figure it all out! FREDY FRIENDLY FANTASTIC FAST I was just coming in to have a recall part service and I was told to come to this location from work with the help of Mazda because I was still workin I was just coming in to have a recall part service and I was told to come to this location from work with the help of Mazda because I was still working and this was mid day .
