Fredy exhibited outstanding customer service when I went in to diagnose an unknown problem related to engine noise. He showed courtesy and humility in opening doors for me to walk thru before him, let me kn in to diagnose an unknown problem related to engine noise. He showed courtesy and humility in opening doors for me to walk thru before him, let me know of where and how long to wait, let me know of the new amenities and drinks they had, and informed me of a sale going on for a tune up I was overdue for, which definitely inspired me to get it.
