There aren't enough kind words I could write about this dealership. This is my 2nd car dealing with Huntington Beach and Ozzy Rios is one of the nicest Sales manager there is! I went back to this dealershi dealership. This is my 2nd car dealing with Huntington Beach and Ozzy Rios is one of the nicest Sales manager there is! I went back to this dealership because my 1st experience was so good. When people are happy where they work it shows in how they talk to you and handle business. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Nick Lazalde showed me the car and was very helpful in answering any and all questions.He has a bright future ahead in sales. He made sure before I left to explain everything in detail and with a very pleasant attitude. Ozzy made the whole transaction very smooth and really easy for me. Everyone I dealt with from Nick, Ozzy and Carlos the finance manager was exceptionally nice and handled turning in my old car efficiently and with great ease. They are trustworthy and most of all just nice men! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who wants a new car! I love my new car! Thank you Nick, Ozzy ad Carlos. This is my second time getting a car from Huntington Mazda. I am a returning customer because the first time experience was excellent all around. With a great sales experience and great service that followed there was no question I would return to this dealership when needing another car. So two weeks ago I returned and dealt with Nic Lazalde in sales Ozzy Rios was over seeing the negotiations. Ozzy did my deal 3 years ago. It was the end of August 2023 when negotiating on a 2024 car. My gratitude runs deep to both Ozzy and Nic Lazalde for their team work to make this deal happn. Not only was this experience truly pleasant with no pressure, but they once again worked a deal beyond what I expected for a 2024 Mazda 3 Carbon. Carlos in finance completed the task of the financial paper work and needed signatures. He too added to making this the most positive dealership experience. For anyone interested in a Mazda, make it a point to check out this dealership. They truly know what excellent customer service and loyalty is about!!! More
