Prior to visiting this dealership, my family and I went to a Mazda dealer in Irvine and we were very disappointed with their customer service and the ridiculous price they quoted us; meanwhile I had filled to a Mazda dealer in Irvine and we were very disappointed with their customer service and the ridiculous price they quoted us; meanwhile I had filled out a form on truecar.com regarding a mazda we were looking for and Joe called us from Huntington Beach Mazda and told us he could meet our needs. So we drove from Irvine to Huntington Beach to meet with Joe. He was amazing! No hassle, no games, no "car sales man" lines (which make you feel like, you are about to get ripped off). We told him what we were looking for, how much we wanted the final price to be, and he took care of the rest! He was very nice and easy going, most of the time we were there, we end up talking and laughing about other stuff rather than playing the "back and forth" game regarding the price! I made an appointment for that afternoon. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted and met with Joe. Joe was very friendly and made me very comfortable. He showed me the car I was looking at and we took a test drive. I really like the car and we started paperwork for trading in my vehicle and purchasing the Mazda 3. I felt like Joe went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal and make my experience enjoyable. I don't feel that most people have an enjoyable experience when shopping for a used car, so I felt very fortunate to have had such a painless and easygoing experience.
