I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Bob. Once I arrived, I learned about a deal on the Jeep Compass (after talking with my brother who got a Jeep Compass that morning). Even though my Patriot was cleaned and ready to go, Bob got a Compass ready for me to view as well and I fell in love with it. I left there extremely happy with my Compass and was very appreciative of the support Bob gave me throughout the process, making sure my needs were satisfied. Locking yourself into a three year lease is a big move and Bob understands that and makes the process much more enjoyable.
