Cohesive Outstanding Team I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to find a car that I will be happy with. I went to McGovern Hyundai and Honda ,I went to Prime Hyundai, York I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to find a car that I will be happy with. I went to McGovern Hyundai and Honda ,I went to Prime Hyundai, York Ford and Bourne auto. I had a good experience with only 2 sales people and the cars in some cases didn't measure up as complete or ready for viewing and or selling for that matter.( I was frustrated.) I found Huggard and Ewings website through Carguru's and was impressed by the selection and the presentation of each car. I contacted Sara through the website looking into a Honda Accord . I planned on coming in to see it but within an Hour Sara called me back saying it was sold .That alone was impressive. Saved me a trip . I knew I wasn't done yet and I continued to browse the site. I also must say that the prices and the low mileage was better than all of the other locations. I decided to stop in and nearly drove right by the place just because of my frustration and that here I go again feeling, I knew what I wanted, so going in I asked to see the Hyundai Hybrid Limited. The sales person Joe O'Donnell. Great guy no hard sell tells it like it is and applauding the organization he worked for and the people he worked with. He made sure he drove home the fact that he will be there even after the sale. His business card and cell phone number were proof of that. It was completely different to see someone happy in his job and well connected to the other disciplines in the main office. I drove the car. Loved it and put my deposit down. Then I went to Sue who had to do her diligence to assist in my financing. Again a great lady who knew how to help people with the whole process.. 1 day later I go in to pick up my car and I met Shannon who did something I haven't seen before . She had me and Joe stand by my new car and took a picture for the web where I expect my comments will be shared. In total, this place and its people were outstanding. The cars are exceptional and the overall experience for me was the best one I have ever had.. Thanks to the Team Ownership should be proud of how everyone represent their business. I am a 24 year old single mom (sons father passed away) whose transmission in her last car failed so I needed a new car that was reliable, and affordable! I emailed about a 2015 chevy Cruze and Sara immediately got back to me (even though I was at work emailing her). She took my name my deposit and my license via email since I had no time to call as I was working. Set up for a test drive the following day, John called me promptly at 9am letting me know the car was all cleaned and gassed for me whenever I could get in. My ride was running behind and they were so pleasant when I came an hour later than originally scheduled. Susan came in (on her day off !!) to help me get my financing paperwork done- was super knowledgeable and friendly made me feel really comfortable with my purchase decision. Lastly Shannon with their customer service advisor was amazing and a valuable asset to this establishment. I've already told several friends and coworkers that this is THE place to go to get a great car for a fair price where your really treated like a valuable customer. More
