Good until after the sale. I made it clear the car had to have two keys, I was assured by Joe that would not be an issue.. I was also told bring in the receipt for your sticke I made it clear the car had to have two keys, I was assured by Joe that would not be an issue.. I was also told bring in the receipt for your sticker and we will reimburse you, which they did, after they told my wife they did not at first. Now, when I went to pick up the car I was once again told I would get another key. When my wife went in to get another key she was told we don't do that.... They gave her the company they use. I believe she was quoted about $100.00. Well at that point I did some homework and found a key for $47.00 cut then I spent two minutes to program the key. I just hope it was worth a bad review of your dealership for such a small amount of money. On a positive note I had some work done on the repair side and they were outstanding! However with the negative experience on the other side I won't be going there again. This is a shame seeing I live less than five minutes away. More
