Good and responsive car people Thanks to the team at Huggard & Ewing, especially Brian and Jon. There was no pressure to purchase any vehicle and allowed to drive on our own terms. Thanks to the team at Huggard & Ewing, especially Brian and Jon. There was no pressure to purchase any vehicle and allowed to drive on our own terms. I noted a few cosmetic issues, which they were quick to fix before pickup. Brian was helpful in explaining the deal terms and all the costs. When there was a hiccup with a portion of the paperwork (out of state registrations) he was willing to make it right immediately. Thank you guys and I love the new ride! More

A fantatic and easy purchase for the third time! I found a car I wanted to purchase on the H&E website after looking at many dealerships and cars on-line. I drove over and was able to get an immedia I found a car I wanted to purchase on the H&E website after looking at many dealerships and cars on-line. I drove over and was able to get an immediate test drive. I worked with John in sales and Brian in the finance department. The car I was purchasing and the car I was trading were better priced by H&E then I was getting from on-line car evaluations including Edmunds, Autotrader and Cargurus. H&E states the price and that is what it is! NO HAGGLING and no one wants to be involved in that! H&E is able to do this as they use sales volume at a better price than trying to sell a few cars at higher prices. Although the purchase of extended warranties and financing are available at great prices there was NO PRESSURE to buy these from H&E. The owners Chris and Chris were at the dealership and ready to interact as needed ... and that says a lot. It was explained that they have the service department scrutinize the mechanical worthiness before a car goes on sale. The car was clean and registered the next day. It was just easy. I am confident I purchased another great car! More
