Great customer service We were able to find a van posted online, stop in, see it, and buy it within 2 hours with excellent customer service from the whole team. I first spok We were able to find a van posted online, stop in, see it, and buy it within 2 hours with excellent customer service from the whole team. I first spoke with Sara, who was great. Then when we arrived we were introduced to our salesman Jon, who was knowledgeable and great with our kids. We dealt with Brian for paperwork and that was it! They then detailed the whole car and took care of registration- no need to go to the RMV! Thanks Jon, Sara, Brian and the whole crew. The owner was onsite and that was comforting as well. We will go to Huggard & Ewing first when we decide to purchase another vehicle. More

However, the financi Alan was very patient and helpful with me. Test drove several cars and the car I chose was delivered with all issues addressed. However, the financing of the vehicle I purchased was not transparent. I was given the impression that I was paying a surprisingly low amount for a 3yr/36K mile warranty which turned out not to be the case. Felt like I was a little bamboozled with the purchase. Line items with actual costs for the warranty were not pointed out to me on the documents. Shame on me for not reading every page fully before signing. Was on the fence about whether I should recommend the dealer or not. In the end I chose to say "yes" I would, mainly because of Alan was pleasant and helpful and it was a low pressure environment. Also could test drive the cars without a sales person sitting with me jibber jabbing while I listened for noises, concentrated on the driving experience, etc. More

Jon, Brian and Sara were great to work with and I really appreciate t I just purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi at Huggard and Ewing and couldn’t be happier! Jon, Brian and Sara were great to work with and I really appreciate that H&E went above and beyond. I noticed on the test drive that the AC seemed a little weak, and mentioned that it might need a shot of coolant. Instead, they went ahead and replaced the compressor! They were also very up front about the car needing new rotors, which I appreciate as someone who knows when the brakes aren’t working right but definitely wouldn’t know exactly what needed replacing (if they’d said it was just pads, not sure I’d have known the difference). Overall felt like they were very honest and great to work with. And helps they’re so close to Town Spa pizza for a post-purchase celebratory slice! More
