Currently leasing a RAV4 that I got from Hudson Toyota for the past 2 years and came to discuss a 2020 model as my lease is coming to an end. After test driving the car, Zee came back with some numbers th for the past 2 years and came to discuss a 2020 model as my lease is coming to an end. After test driving the car, Zee came back with some numbers that were a lot higher than I expected. I told him I need some time to think and I’d be back. He had me talk to his manager, Bill. Bill kept pushing me and asking me very rude and cynical questions like who do I need to talk to back home and why don’t I just take the car now. He said, “do you need to talk to mom and dad? I’ve been married for 25 years and if I want something, I tell my wife and I get it” Maybe he thinks as a women, I may not know everything about the leasing process and I may ask more questions than others but he was very disrespectful and condescending. for that reason I do not plan on coming back to Hudson. I will go to a different Toyota dealership. More

Laura Diaz, presentation is short attitude, unprofessional, sloppy handwriting on my documents and treats me unequal as a non-African American Customers. It is evident that Laura Diaz is Racist unprofessional, sloppy handwriting on my documents and treats me unequal as a non-African American Customers. It is evident that Laura Diaz is Racist and Depise Black people. This morning her abrupt, erratic behavior towards me, made me feel devalued as a loyal customer. She left my truck door open with the lights running inside, did not put today's date on my paperwork until I ask her to then walked away to the next customer behind me Hispanic male attentive, pleasant. I ask her are my lights suppose to still be running. Laura Diaz intentions are unacceptable and inappropriate. It is disheartening as an Professional Black American I am being targeted.
