This is my second time writing a bad review about Hudson Toyota. First was purchasing my RAV4 spend 8 hours as a cash buyer worst experience ever as a first time buyer long wait for everything… Second time was today for my vehicle maintenance just to rotate tires and fluids top up .spoke to a receptionist ask how long is the wait she said approximately one hour or one and a half hour, ok np .So I went was there waited for 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced can’t find a manager to talk to ,Service Advise chatting with other employees told me he was busy, that I have to wait for my turn was not nice to me ,then another Service Advisor saw what was happening ,then told me to go to the manager office and report him ,because he was not doing his job. had customers waiting long ,I was thirsty and tired went to waiting room customers laying down all over sleeping why ? because customers have to wait long for their vehicle I spoke to another customer ask how long he was waiting he also said 4 hours waiting so sad and disappointed i miss my other appointment because of this. More
I went to get an oil change And they wanted $70. I pulled my invoice from 3 months ago where I paid $55 for an oil change Is at my local Toyota dealership. The adviser asked the service manager who pulled my invoice from 3 months ago where I paid $55 for an oil change Is at my local Toyota dealership. The adviser asked the service manager who said that they would not match it or charge that amount. They lost out on me doing a fuel injection cleaning also as I was forced to leave. This is my 2nd negative encounter at that dealership and will not return. More
I have made two purchases here, a 2020 Sienna and a 2021 Camry, and both purchases were great experiences. Both times we were helped by Octaviano Zuniga, who provided great service with a smile. He was very attentive, helped us find the perfect car for us even with the scarce inventory in the country now, and he made sure that the entire process ran smoothly. Even after the purchases and paperwork was done, he stayed in contact to make sure that the car was working in great condition. This is my second purchase from Hudson Toyota and it's the second time the purchasing experience was great! Inventory is very scarce right now around the country and somehow Leon K. & Pedro V. were able the second time the purchasing experience was great! Inventory is very scarce right now around the country and somehow Leon K. & Pedro V. were able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted within a reasonable timeframe. The finance manager, Jonathan N. also made sure the paperwork process was nice and painless. They honored the negotiated price that was given verbally and I could not be any happier. Customer service is everything and Hudson Toyota get my full recommendation! Thank you guys! More

I spoke with ivette over the phone and she scheduled an appointment for me, but in reality it was more of a walk-in. Ivette was very nice, but it goes downhill quickly the moment I pull into this dealersh appointment for me, but in reality it was more of a walk-in. Ivette was very nice, but it goes downhill quickly the moment I pull into this dealership. I visited this dealership at 4:30pm and waited over an hour for a quote on a trade-in. A salesman by the name of Segundo approached me and took me through the process. After receiving a quote, which I believe to be severely low, the salesman went to another customer and left me hanging. He actually told me to go look at the cars myself after telling me he'd show me the cars. The cherry on top was the patronizing appraisal guy who refuses to let you talk - mansplaining at its finest. The appraisal guy was not professional and seemed like I was his first customer. I won't be doing business here. More
So , where do I start. Alci Espinosa and Bill Pirzada were great. Upon arrival on Friday (I didn’t buy the car then ) I was greeted with a bunch of salesmen outside. They weren’t overly pushy like you’d were great. Upon arrival on Friday (I didn’t buy the car then ) I was greeted with a bunch of salesmen outside. They weren’t overly pushy like you’d expect , they were actually welcoming and wanting to help which was a relief. Alci assisted me right away. I asked some questions that I’d already knew answers to , just to see if he would be honest and he was. That’s when I knew he could be trusted. From beginning to end (Saturday afternoon ) he was great. He helped me understand what I was getting , thoroughly went over the carfax with me and was patient which I liked a lot. It wasn’t so busy Friday , but Saturday was an absolute mad house and he still was genuine , and helped us! Whatever questions I asked , he had answers to , he wasn’t rushing us , he listens and genuinely cared. I test drove the car , after he took some of my information and I was sold. I just had to go home , crunch some numbers and come back the following day so we could work out a deal , and WE DID. He pointed me to the direction of his sales manager Bill Pirzada who was wonderful as well. Personable , and helped me figure out a budget that wouldn’t work well for me. Mr. Pirzada and Mr. Espinosa were great. Although , I had to wait forever (don’t recommend going there on Saturday’s , unless you have the entire day to spare lol , my experience was really good. The only thing I didn’t like was the finance department, luckily I had my boyfriend there to answer any questions I needed answers to , as he to worked / works on cars. He tried to up sale me on things I honestly don’t think I need/ needed. Again , I did my research before I got there so I kind of knew what I’d need vs BS. Again , Alci , Bill and everyone else (excluding the finance person ) it was a pleasure. Seriously. This was my first financed car , I normally lease and the experience was great. I’m really in love w my car thanks to majority of your team! More
