We met with the sales manager, Mario Fernandes, and one of his salesmen, Sam Moton, on a Saturday afternoon. They are both very personable, and went out of their way to make sure we received the best care of his salesmen, Sam Moton, on a Saturday afternoon. They took their time from start to finish, going through the process very thoroughly and accurately. We looked at what my options were, looked on their lot for cars, and found one which I would be able to afford and got me into it! Once the credit application process was completed, we filled out some paperwork, and then went and met with one of their finance managers, Ilia Pilmenstein. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my many questions and made sure I was happy with the answers I received. He, like Mario and Sam, made sure I understood everything involved with the process, and made sure that no question went unanswered. I am very happy with the car, and with the dealership. More
I was hoping to find an honest, friendly dealer to work with in New Jersey, as I was not satisfied with the New York dealerships, and I got what I wanted and some. Cesar was patient, full of good advice, very cordial, and very knowledgeable regarding Toyota options. I walked into the dealership to test drive a used 2008 Prius and walked out with a brand new 2010 Prius with financing that I could afford. It was a miracle that Hudson Toyota had EXACTLY the model and color I wanted right on the lot! I will recommend this dealership and pass around Cesar's card to everyone who parks in my parking lot in NYC wondering where they can get this fine car. My experience at Hudson Toyota was GREAT one. From the minute I entered the dealership everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable. They treated me with respected and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions quickly and honestly. My sales person was Mario Diogo and was great. Showed me a number or cars , explained all features and helped me find the car I love. I also dealt with Irfan Pirzada and steve Greer, which are sales managers at the dealership. They too were great and very nice. They explained everything to me in detail and were great. I will continue to return to Hudson Toyota for service and future purchases. I would recommend this dealership and sales person/manager to anyone. Thank You Hudson Toyota for my car at a great price!!! They truly understand the meaning of customer service. Thanksssssss More
Here's the scenario of every driver's worst nightmare: Our car crashed after the brakes failed getting out of the highway. Thank goodness no one was hurt. We needed a new car. My wife and I have scoured the web for dealership ratings and reviews. To our surprise and disappointment, the majority of the reviews were negative. After several dealership visits in person, we were even more discouraged. All the reasons summarizing to dishonesty and intimidation can be found on the aforementioned reviews. BUT sometimes, you stumble across a diamond in the rough and may even fail to realize that, especially when you expect great customer treatment in the first place. I am happy to say that Michael Ventura and his team at Hudson Toyota treated my wife and I with just that. From the initial visit to the exit review, Mike and team had been attentive to our needs by LISTENING. We were previously turned down by a VW dealership and were desperate for a new car. Between a doctor and a bank manager, my wife and I each have credit scores in the high 700-800's, maintain decent salaries, and with our debt to income ratio at only 7%! Perhaps the VW dealership wanted more "down deposit" and turned us down as a sales tactic. Not only did Mike listen, he asked foundational questions such as our driving habits, family usage, etc. He didn't even recommend any cars to us because he wanted us to see the various models firsthand in the lot. We could pick any car to test drive, as physically experiencing the drive was more important than hearing someone tell us "this car was made for you". During the pricing negotiations, our leasing agent worked out the numbers with Hudson and we were presented with a great offer within 20 minutes. During the contract signing, the credit officer Roman was patient with the questions we had for him. We felt it was a pleasant experience in this area as well. Two days after the deal, we received a call from Mike. He wanted to know how we liked the car and sent regards to my family. A week later, we received a letter from Mike in the mail thanking us for the business. We couldn't have been more happier with our choice of the 2010 Camry LE, but more importantly the services we got from Hudson Toyota was bar none. We will be recommending friends and family to this dealership going forward. Thanks again to Mike Ventura, Juan, Roman and team! Thanks also to Max Masters, our leasing agent for pairing us up with Hudson Toyota. You guys have certainly met and exceeded all of our expectations! More

It's a good sign when my sales person returns phone calls right away even after I purchased my car. There was a typo in the price but the dealership honored it. He was my salesperson on my recent purchase of a Toyota Prius. The process took quite a while due to the high demand and low supply of the Prius I was looking for. Throughout the entire experience, George kept me updated and was very helpful. His response time was quick any time I had a question. George and his sales manager, Juan Morrisette, worked together and ended up securing the vehicle sooner than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. George acted quickly and got the vehicle ready to go as promised on the day he said he would. One of the most important traits of successful people is that they do what they say they are going to do and George followed through on everything he said. I really appreciate this type of personal attention and service. George's intelligence, people skills, and friendly manner make him a future asset to the Penske Automotive/Hudson Toyota companies. The dealer, William, was very helpful. He was very friendly and if he was unsure about something he would find out very quickly for me. I had great experience during my last visit @ hudson toyota. Staff was very costeous and helpful. Product line was great, Sales person (Qulzam Zaman) and his manager (Muhammad Manzoor) helped me to make toyota. Staff was very costeous and helpful. They had a great sense of professionalism and complete knowledge of their product line. One thing I liked about this dealership was the clear exposure of their prices without any hidden negotiation. It was bit easier for me since I had an excellent credit but sales man showed great deal of compassion and flexibility during the deal. Above all, they take care of all the paper work very efficiently and make sure that client is aware of the rights and responsibilities belong to him. More
Salespersons are horrible. They promised on one price but we couldnot finalize the deal because they didnt have the color. So we came back on monday to put teh deposit and wasted another 3 hours only to find we couldnot finalize the deal because they didnt have the color. Never go to this dealer. They made us wait for the color i wanted for a week and still no news from them. HUDSON TOYOTA IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR. More
