A couple of weeks ago I requested a quote on 2010 RAV4 at dealerrater.com, and received several emails with info from Amanda in the Hudson Toyota Internet department. Finally scheduled a test drive a couple of days ago and met John G at the dealership. John G was super friendly and helpful. He showed us some of their new cars - they had a big selection of RAV4s to choose from - and we test drove a 2010 RAV4 AWD. John G was very accommodating and informative during the test drive. After the drive, he also took us to look at their certified preowned inventory and gave us the info we wanted on several of the cars there. He was definitely very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without giving us b.s. We visited another Toyota dealership - Glen Toyota - yesterday, and weren't nearly as impressed. The guy there acted as if he didn't even want to take us out on a test drive, and as if he couldn't wait for us to get out of the RAV4 we were driving. So earlier today we went back to Hudson Toyota, without making an appointment, and John G was able to quickly get the RAV4 we wanted for another test drive. When we got back to the dealership, we told him we wanted to make an offer. John G went through the different options the car came with, and we listed the options we wanted and didn't want. Then we gave him our financial bottom line for the vehicle we wanted, with the options we wanted, which he took to his manager. Long story short, John G and Marco gave us a very good deal on the RAV4 we liked. We were able to get the car wanted, with the options we thought were important, at the financial terms that were important to us. They even gave us a good deal on a couple of extra options such as remote starter that were pre-installed in the car. We went back and forth a few times times on the final price, but agreed on the numbers pretty quickly, without feeling any negativity or pressure or bad tactics from them. After we agreed on the price, we quickly got the financing we wanted, the financial manager put together the paperwork, and we drove off with the RAV4 about an hour after that. It was definitely a very good experience purchasing a new car. If you're interested in buying a new car and are looking at Hudson Toyota, I strongly recommend that you ask for John G - he really will work hard to make sure you get the opportunity to test drive the cars you want and buy the car you like at the financial terms that work for you. More
Although I ended up not getting a Toyota I have to say that I was quite satisfied with the sales person Shawn and his manager Declan. They helped me showing as many cars as I asked for. I test drove basically all of the cars they showed me. Also the dealer's place is very nice, newly decorated and service was excellent. I appericiated the friendly approach and close attention. I would recommend all my friends who think about getting a Toyota to go to Hudson Toyota to check on cars. More

Mr. Cesar Ronquillo approached me and my boyfriend as we were walking through showroom with a friendly, Hello how are you. Luckily for me he was able to get a great deal for me and now I couldn't be happier with my new car. Mr. Bermudez also was very informative, after a bit of confusion about the offer, Mr. Manzor was able to accomodate it and the process went smoothly. Each of the men willingly and professionally worked with me and help me get behind the wheel of the beautiful Rav 4. More
Everyone was very friendly but NOT pushy and seemed genuine...when it was clear a hybrid and the environment were my priorities and not a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles, David actuall genuine...when it was clear a hybrid and the environment were my priorities and not a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles, David actually convinced me to try a LESS EXPENSIVE and more fuel efficient model ...the Prius vs. the Camry Hybrid. And he was honest that the ride would not be as comfy as the Campry which is a good sized sedan, and was what I was planning on getting. I bought the Prius..so I actually spent less money than I planned to and feel better about a more efficient hybrid.. how many people have that experience buying a car? Also, my time was very limited and they were very quick as far as these things go...in for my 11am appointment and the Sales folks and the car were ready for me...no waiting around forever staring at brochures all by yourself while your salesperson disappears into some manager's office for an hour..and I was completely done just before 2pm...financing and all. I don't think I got the cheapest price possible in the world, but I don't mind folks making a living so long as they treat me well and understand my concerns. I did call a head and chat with the Manager first and explained the most recent car shopping nightmare I'd just had at another dealership (Ford), so that may have incentivized the folks at Hudson to have their ducks in a row and be ready to work with me as soon as I got there. More

Mr. Diogo showed me a wide choice of vehicles. Was very patient and extremely informative at every part of the process. All of my questions were answered clearly and fully. I ended up with a 3 year lease patient and extremely informative at every part of the process. All of my questions were answered clearly and fully. The Toyota I bought is my first car. Ceasar was my Sales Consultant and Irfan Pirzada was the Sales Manager. They were extremely nice and helpful to me. Honestly I was very nervous because I didnt really know much about buying a car, but they made me feel very comfortable about it. I leased the car and they quoted a very good price for it. He then ask if we want a vehicle to purchase, i replied," we're here for a trading in of a sequoia 2010. He then went to Mario who we were suppose to be meeting. Mario came and discuss some topics concerning the sequoia and then he told David to tour us a ride to see the different colours and other features they had. When we finish they made a very good deal with us for the trade in. We had our vehicle the same time we left which was great. There friendliness was excellent, they negiotate with us in the financing part and also great with the treatment. They have a very good customer experience. More
