Friendly, helpful, and courteous before I even parked my car and walked in the dealership. Excellent customer service and patience; I walked into the dealership at approximately 6:30pm and Alex stayed with car and walked in the dealership. We bought a 2007 4 runner to import into Canada. Nobody at the dealership had any idea how to do that.Every question I asked the sales department was met with an "I'll get back to you on that."Is the warra at the dealership had any idea how to do that.Every question I asked the sales department was met with an "I'll get back to you on that."Is the warranty good in Canada?" "I don't know, it might be." "Will you fax the transfer of title and bill of sale to the border?" " We don't know what those documents are!" "How would you like us to pay for that?"'A bank draft." Great, we finally got a straight answer. We sent the bank draft Fedex overnight. They then said that they couldn't send the documents to the border until the bank draft had cleared. Bank drafts don't clear. They are the same as cash. The manager said three times that maybe we shouldn't try to do this deal. This was the only Toyota Sport V8 in that Color we could find in North America. We booked and paid for flights to New Jersey.$1000. We re-booked them to go the next week and added another $500 to the cost.By the way, the cost of the vehicle dropped 500 below their; "I'm sorry that is as low as we can go price" and they said that they wouldn't honor that price for us. They also offer a "$500 off" coupon for internet buyers. Mysteriously we were not eligible for that either. Any way it got so adversarial on the part of the manager, we pulled the deal. We cancelled our flights and have to pay a penalty and also use the flights in the future. One way flights.The next day we bought a 2008 4 Runner Limited for $10,000 more that the Hudson Toyota price.It just came in off lease and was sort of what we wanted. No problems at Country Hills Toyota. Deal Done!!! More

This was my first purchasing experience with Hudson Toyota. I went to the Dealership that Saturday morning with all intentions of trading my car for a brand new one, so I can't say that I felt my pres Toyota. I went to the Dealership that Saturday morning with all intentions of trading my car for a brand new one, so I can't say that I felt my pressure to buy...if anything, I put the pressure on them. While their initial offer on my trade-in was extremely low, I was able to negotiate to the price I was looking for. I was also able to get the new 4Runner for a price that I felt was fair. It goes without saying, do your homework before walking through any dealership door. The entire process was professional and efficient and I do not regret my choice. As a younger buyer (30), I did not feel taken advantage of or mistreated. Bottom line- I would do business with Hudson Toyota again and I can and will refer my friends. More
