I have been to this dealer a couple of times last year. They ask you right off the bat if you will buy. No browsing allowed. Even after talking to the manager. Efficient, frank and honest dealership. I went here to buy a used Scion tc and after some bad dealer experiences at other places, this dealership was surprisingly great! I bought a Toyota Sequia 10 years ago from Hudson Toyota, and knew wanted to go back when I was ready to trade in my car. I purchased a Toyota Highlander from Mario. Too bad there no such rating option as "pathetic", "deceptive" or "horrific". "Very bad" is no where close to my experience of deccption that I experienced. Was promised that if I referred a new customer who actually buys a new vehicle, that I would have a $100 award. Indeed I travelled from south Jersey to bring a friend (though the friend lives in Jersey City). She bought a 2012 Rav 4. Since July I have been asking for this $100 from Tayo and have been given more than sufficient run-around. I gave my Driving Licence the same day my friend purchased the Rav 4, waited till Nov. Contacted Tayo again in Nov, and severally in December. He asked me to fax over my Driving licence again. I did. He claimed it wasn't clear. I scanned and emailed it with the email address he provided me with. Still he claimed it wasn't clear enough. $100 may be too small, and I know I have invested time worth 10 times that amount, but I am making these last effort to confirm that this is the level of integrity of Hudson Toyota. Or to be proven otherwise. So far, the experience is not "Very bad" but "HORRIFIC, at least seems "DECEPTIVE". I have also made phone calls and left messages to the lady that takes care of "customers' satsifaction. I did not get any phone call back. So far, I have not seen anything to show me that this practice is not endemic. More

I brought my Prius for maintenance on Friday. Even though I was late for my appointment, Edwar patiently listened to my litany of lists of check points, and went over each one of them, one at a time, though I was late for my appointment, Edwar patiently listened to my litany of lists of check points, and went over each one of them, one at a time, personally instructing the assistants and mechanics. He quickly became aware of my love for my Prius. Throughout the afternoon, he kept me posted of the progress on my vehicle. And upon paying, he ensured that I qualified for the most vis-á-vis discounts. I had seen him on the sales floor before; he's personally and, indeed, realizes --like top mngr. Jake-- that they are not just in the automobile business but, rather, in people business, thus, each client is part of that people to be served. I highly recommend Edwar @ Hudson Toyota. More

When I first purchased my Certified 2010 Camry from your dealership I was very upset and dissatisfied because it had problems. It was missing the master key, also missing was the CVR console box hole cover dealership I was very upset and dissatisfied because it had problems. It was missing the master key, also missing was the CVR console box hole cover and it had non-matching tires. I have had worked in dealerships for over 33 years and knew that this was totally wrong for a Certified Vehicle. The Sales Managers Tom Rivers and Bill Pirzada gave me a 'we-owe' for a master key and to add 1 tire to match the other 3 tires, I wasn't happy. The console cover I purchased myself from the Parts Department and it was installed by Edwar Guzman in the Service Department. Now the Service Department, Tony Vasquez, just informed me that they will be replacing all 4 tires for a better and safer ride. Now I am a satisfied customer. I appreciate the help that I got from the Service Department, Edwar Guzman and Tony Vasquez, totally Excellent service. Thank You & Happy Holidays!!! Vicky Georgoulis More
