Worst shopping experience. Went to this dealer with my brother to test drive the 4Runner before pulling the trigger on the lease. The sales man asked us to walk out to the rea Went to this dealer with my brother to test drive the 4Runner before pulling the trigger on the lease. The sales man asked us to walk out to the rear lot while raining to check out the car and while walking to the car I asked the sales man why we have to go all the way in the back he replied "It is Jersey city man" like if I look I will be stealing the car! I went back to the display floor area asking for a manager to complain about the service quality and no one showed up for a while then decided to leave. Why the customers have to go out themselves in bad weather to look at a car in the rear lot? why not have a better service and bring it to the front parking area and show it to potential buyers? I would never recommend this place based on my experience. More

I left with a new 2017 Toyota Sienna and I couldn't I was in the market for a mini van and someone referred me to Hudson Toyota to see Mario Diogo. New 4Runner I bought my Toyota 4Runner on Monday Night from this dealership. My brother had what he called an awesome car buying experience there so I went in too I bought my Toyota 4Runner on Monday Night from this dealership. My brother had what he called an awesome car buying experience there so I went in too. Rarely do I put awesome and car buying in same sentence. But I will now. I wanted a quick deal on last day of month and they did it. The reason for this, the way the GM Dean Ciccarelli runs the place. He finalized my deal quickly and worked numbers with me on the fly and I'm not easy on this stuff because I do my homework. NO BS with Dean as my brother said. He says it to you straight and I love that. People are too smart these days for the back and forth BS. Add to this one other major positive and it's the people that work for him. I like a place that is good to their employees. I watched Dean give an award for best Halloween costume to his employees while I was waiting. Then Jacques in finance telling me how good Dean has been to him and wishing me a "God Bless" as I left that night. Rick the sales guy was low pressure. Bottom line...I finally had a truly great car buying experience. Special thanks to Dean Ciccarelli. More
Worst Dealership - Not transparent at all I had purchased a 2005 toyota camry from hudson toyota in 2007 .I was very new to car buying and was not aware of carfax back in 2007. They guy who so I had purchased a 2005 toyota camry from hudson toyota in 2007 .I was very new to car buying and was not aware of carfax back in 2007. They guy who sold me this car never revealed that the car was involved in an accident. Now I am trying to sell this car and got a car fax for other people to look at,that's when I found out it was in accident two months before I purchased. I will never recommend any one to buy from these guys. Alen More

I had almost given up with my vehicle search this time around due to some credit issues. But, Mario Diogo didn't! He even called me on his day off! He kept searching for the right vehicle to fit my needs and finally found it. It's really nice and my kids love it! Worst dealership The worst dealership ever. Bought the car 2 years ago. And it was my worst day ever. Me and my pregnant wife came at 9 am and filled out the credit ap The worst dealership ever. Bought the car 2 years ago. And it was my worst day ever. Me and my pregnant wife came at 9 am and filled out the credit application. They held us for 8 hours. Had no food for 8 hours. At 5 pm the financing specialist called us to his office and started telling us that our credit was bad (740). Gave us %9. My wife was almost unconscious. And we wanted to go so bad that signed the contract. Got out of dealership at 7 pm. Oh and yeah they sold us the demo car with 1000 miles on it. Be careful. Do not go there. And be aware of the staff. Especially Billy. Sneaky guy. They don't care about you More
