Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Tirso FEBRUARY 2017 Once again, came to my favorite car dealership looking to trade my 2011 Corolla. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Tirso Pena. Tirso had helped me in the past so I remembered him quite well. Just like my previous experience, Tirso was affable, serviceable and determined to stay with me until I picked my vehicle. Tirso was completely friendly from the moment I walked into the dealership until the time I drove away in my 2014 Camry (a total of almost 7 hours). This type of service is priceless and surely appreciated by me. When it came time to close the deal, sales manager, Juan Morisette, did not disappoint. I was pleased with the trade offer and decided to proceed with the deal. Once again, Juan Morisette worked up the numbers and those numbers were ultimately the out-the-door numbers. Again, this is my favorite car dealership. This is my 6th dealing with this dealership (4 purchases, 2 leases). I live over an hour away and have 2 major Toyota dealerships near me.
