My experience at the dealership was good. When I call them first I spoke with the manager Alex, and he referred me to Sam. Afterwords he showed me the car he gave me the explanation beforehand I felt very comfortable with Sam. I like the car, but I wanted to negotiate a good deal. I spoke to Alex as well, but it looked like it wasn't working in my favor and I have to go home without the car. but even afterwords they continued to help me with at least extending my auto loan and it showed that they were trying to work out something. In the end I was able to work out everything and stay under my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Thank Sam! More
